I cancelled my membership within the free trial period and Blue Mountain still took not one but TWO payments at the end of the trial! I've contacted Blue Mountain multiple times to cancel the membership and remove payment details and request the addional payment back. Apparently it's non refundable! Do not use this company - they steal your money with multiple unauthorised payments!

I sent a birthday card in December after filling out my card and information. I signed up for first month free but my credit card was charged. I never received a notice that they put a charge on my card. I found it accidentally when reviewing my charges. I went to their site and my account showed I was going to be charged again in January. Do not believe them when they say anything is free.

Scam business model designed to sign you up to an expensive membership for greeting cards of all things. Even if you back out when prompted for credit card details they will still use your email to hassle you(and presumably sell) Avoid at all costs, not a real business.

This site looks friendly but introduce an auto-renew of initial subscription. This is done with very small print and will hit your bank account a year after perhaps sending an initial card. They offer no refund if you feel you were misled. This is very unfair.
When the renewal dropped on my account I had forgotten all about Bluemountain from a year before and assumed it was a fraud. After tracing with PayPal I found it was linked to me. But I got no warning of the upcoming renewal from Bluemountain or any notification from them that they had taken my money to renew. Only the PayPal email.

Do not use this site it is a rip off/scam. I am still being charged for my “free” membership even after I cancelled. Please avoid.

If something is free, it's free and there should not be a request for card details. Misleading so will not be using.

I've used Blue Mountain eCards 4 years and have never had any problems. I don't know what those other reviewers are talking about. I send my cards to all my family and many friends.
Thanks Blue Mountain

They very recently went from fair to terrible with web site total revision. Lost the ability to see all events saved by month (eg B'days, Anniv,). No current way to bring up events by month. Unless you have some other way to remember events, it's useless. I will not renew. I find another service.

Charged me for a year then they wouldn't let me send anything saying I needed to enable my pop ups! Did everything then saw that they had taken my money promising I was good til July 2021 and underneath that it said my subscription was expired now in Sept. 2020. Will take my business elsewhere.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. DO NOT be fooled by their TRIAL membership. No trial...they keep taking your money and don't respond to cancellations. One ecard sent during the trial wound up costing me 4 months of membership fees. They expect you to read their LONG terms of agreement written in legal terms. AVOID THEM!!!!

Worst service ever. Sent card and discovered ialmost immediately that was an old email address. Site would not allow change of address, sending to second address or simply just resend--- and the original card was no longer finadable even if to send fresh(!) Contacted customer non-service --- completely ignored for over a week until time for card to be delivered passed.

I wanted to try the free eCards on Blue Mountains - ended up (!) with paying $4.99 for 1 month and auto payment for next month ! I was able to use only1 card (very poor collection for my taste). When I tried to cancel - it is quite impossible ! When I realize they enroll me in their system - was calling for 4 days - "no customer service is available at this time, please try later". The auto system does not want to understand my name - "sorry, did not get this. please try again" ! BUT - they did not have any problem to sign me up and charge!

Checked my cc statement today and saw a annual renewal. NOT even a notice saying I was going to get it. That was two days ago. Tried to cancel. NOT for a year. IS THIS LEAGAL?
I could be dead by then..

Be aware when they tell you that they're sending you something to your e-mail address to enable you to reset your password because they never will.

I, too have been dudded by Blue Mountains, they draw an annual fee from my card and do not allow me to cancel the supposed subscription.
1 Their cards are only mediocre and they are fraudulent in their dealings with customers

I have subscribed off and on again for years. I currently live overseas (originally from US). I've let the subscription slip here and there (paid without using it) because $20 for a year is nothing. Anyone who feels cheated is obviously full of it, btw. How do you not know you're entering your cc info?? So I'm giving them 5 stars because they actually read my email, in which I admitted my mistake (cancelled on renewal date). I was kind, I was humble. I was honest. And guess what? They refunded my money and were super nice about it.

I sent one anniversary card six years ago. I missed the fine print about auto renewal, and didn't see any receipts from PayPal until today. By now that anniversary card has cost me 30 bucks!
I called and spoke with Sherry who was very pleasant, professional, courteous- & who canceled my account but regretfully informed me that all fees were nonrefundable. The people she works four have quite a racket going!

Since you have changed the format for the printable cards it is so user unfriendly I just give up. I have used your and American Greetings site for years now and the new format is awful to work with and having to change the settings in my browser just to get a card centered is ridiculous. I find everything about the new format user unfriendly and less easy options to change text wording and size limitations that were never there before and it all just never prints out right. I will not be renewing my subscription unless you improve your card formatting in the next couple of months. Why you would change the original site and format when it worked so well is beyond me and you replaced it with a far inferior and complex format. Shirley Spiteri, Canada

Very confusing cancellation setup online. Realized today that I have been billed for the last few months despite canceling. They tell me I should have gotten a cancellation confirmation. This is not in the cancellation instructions. I had to insist that they refund me for unused canceled membership. They would only refund 2/3 months I was billed. Will not use this company again

Every time I use them, I do not sign up for continual membership or so I think.
When you try to cancel it is like trying to make a visit to the Pope.
I am so sick of them.....If you care about where your money is spent do not use this site.

The company withdraws 4.99$ monthly for I don't know what!
I bought an ecard at BlueMountain.com just once in November 2017, and I didn't sign up for anything else, but I made a huge mistake showing them my credit card information, now they take 4.99$ monthly. Moreover I am not able to cancel my payment method on their site, and I am not able to cancel my account on their site. I had to phone to my bank and block the card.
That's the only solution. Beware the Bluemountain.com FRAUD!
