Our site has been down for a week, now the entire blue leaf site is down and it looks like it is dead forever.
Stay away!! Bad company,poor technical and downtime that loses people money

No bad expierence just teething issues with getting server to reinstall which were due to me operating incorrectly! new to all this hosting business. customer of 3 months, i'd say they've been brilliant to me. their support goes the extra mile in ensuring they make sure i am fully happy wit h service. "kenner" has been very good to me.

I would recommend Blue Leaf Hostings services to anyone. There amazing, they are affordable, have some of the best support I have ever seen and their services are very innovative. I have used many different hosts before Blue Leaf and they eat them for dinner. They almost never have down time(It's actually amazing how they never go down). I personally use their VPN, Web Hosting and VPS. All of these services run smoothly.

BlueLeafHosting is a great host for Web Hosting & Minecraft servers. Personally, I use it for a minecraft server and it runs very smoothly I would definitly recommend it to anyone! Very great cheap & affordable prices. The only issue I encountered with this host, support seems to lack a bit. When I ordered my service they had fraud protection on it and it took almost 10 hours to get the product working correctly, you probably wouldn't have this issue though! Support is improving though, overall they are a great friendly network I 100% recommend you use them if you are thinking about using it!

It's been 19 hours since I paid for a VPS and have still not received it.
Meanwhile: They've required me to show A GOVERNMENT ID for a 5 dollar server rental and they sent my password to my e-mail over plain text.
I would die of shame if I knew my company was this incompetent.
EDIT: Replying to company reply: Nowhere was it mentioned to me that their deployment team only works 5 days a week, and their knowledge base pretty explicitly mentions that VPS deploys take up to 12 hours. And we're talking about something that should be instantaneous after their fraud checking (which other providers I've bought from in the past seem to do just fine without asking me for my ID), because it's a *VPS*, with an easily scripted set-up, not a physical server.
Sending passwords over plain text is a common practice just like leaving IP cameras without a password or not properly updating servers to protect against exploitable vulnerabilities are; just because there are a lot of people disregarding common sense security practices does not justify doing it. Period. How am I supposed to believe otherwise that you're keeping my instance and data protected from any schmuck with a virtual machine escape exploit?.
I'm going to ask for a refund. I was going to use this VPS for a temporary Mattermost instance for my company, but I no longer feel comfortable with even a temporary one.

Ordered a $5 VPS, they asked for ID verficition, which I found ridiculous. Then I asked for a refund, which they refused to do. I took it to my bank for a chargeback, after I did that the company accused me of attempted fraud. They also claim to have access to my credit card information, which they shouldn't have. Privacy isn't a priority with the company either.
Would not recommend.

I Strated a project, And at first, I'll be honest, I didn't realise what was needed to finish it and probably never would, that is if I hadn't been referred to blue leaf hosting.
These guys are super knowledgeable and always happy to share that knowledge with customers. Now my project is up and running and using tech i didn't even know existed, let alone how to configure it and that is all thanks to Blue Leaf Hosting and if that wasn't enough to convince you to use BLH then they are also the cheapest provider i've seen.

I've been using hosting for 3 monthsnow and one thing I've found is that Blueleaf goes against the grain as their cheap prices has not resulted in cheap customer service.
Blueleaf has actually one of the best customer services I’ve experienced where anytime I’ve contacted them I have felt like an individual rather than just a number, their online chat is fast and effective and their support emails are not only professional but friendly.
I highly reccomend them for any of your hosting needs.
