I use blueface in my office and use the soft app . Can’t fault them .

This company are terrible. Technical support do not return calls and even though I'm within my cooling off period to cancel I cant as their accounts are not reverting to my emails.

They are aptly named as we are blue in the face with frustration trying to deal with them. Poor service, difficult to use, unreliable technology. First task of 2019 is to find a company that can do better. Shouldn't be too difficult to be better than Blueface

Absolutely awful, hassled us for weeks for payment and then didn't hear a peep once we had paid (wouldn't even respond to our emails). One day a big box of phones show up with no notice or further instruction. Prior to this, we were told someone would come to install the phones, we have since been told they are plug in and use (they aren't). Got the phones late September and they still aren't working, Blueface maintain that they do not have a team equipped to assist us setting up the phones and keep trying to shift responsibility to our broadband and phone provider. Waste of time and money. Do not use.
