Ordered, cordless blackout blinds for our bedroom at least ten years ago. They were easy to install, blocked out most of the light as needed. Recently, the plastic center clip that is used to raise and lower the blind snapped. There was no way to lift or lower the blind now. I contacted customer service-was connected with Rebecca, and she explained that that clip system is no longer used, but she would try to find a replacement-give her a few days. Lo and behold she was able to find an old clip in the warehouse from years ago and sent it out-no charge. That really was above and beyond. Unexpected, but so appreciated. Would not hesitate to buy from them in the future.

Ordered 3 weeks ago from their Irish website.
First their Irish website had never heard of Kildare so Blinds to Go sent the blinds to London, then they went back to the company.
The first agent I spoke with at Blinds To Go guaranteed me (her words) that my 'blinds are in transit as we speak' - lies!!!
I finally get a notification from UPS "waiting for label" and that was 3 days ago. Their Irish phone number does not work, you get an engaged tone, also tell them this when I call and they always ignore it. Stay well clear of these guys and get your blinds else where!
Update: I've been told my blinds are probably lost in transit, and I will get a call on Thursday to get my money back. The agent sounded so disinterested and nonchalant.
Please do your best to avoid these jokers.

Just the most useless unprofessional company I have ever come across.
We have bit the bullet and used them twice. Both times they missed the delivery date by weeks. You are offered a saving but they make that up by adding compulsory insurance. Lastly both times the blinds were badly damaged so had to be reordered. Amazed they are still trading.

Do not order from this company. I ordered my blinds as the colour I wanted looked great on screen. Was so excited to receive them as this is a luxury for me......opened the box and omg what a sheer disappointment. They were custard in colour not the beautiful light ivory I saw on the internet. I complained and they did eventually sort this out and I was so happy that I was finally going to get the blinds I wanted. By the way the colours on the internet do not match what your getting so order a sample first!!! Any way my son starts to put up the blinds and had to stop as they did not send any screws!!!! I rang customer service and they explained they do not provide any screws unless you ring up and ask!!!!! How stupid as you can’t put up blinds without them. So again had to wait. 3rd time lucky the screws arrived and my son proceeds to put up the blinds......wait there all too short....by about two inches every single blind. I sent in correct recess measurements so how can this happen...I will be contacting them yet again to find out why they have sent my blinds to short. I really have had enough of this company.....never again!!!

I have dealt with this Blinds to Go 3 times before and only the second time the blinds came with the wrong measurement and they had to be taken back and made again.
This time I had two sets of plain horizontal blinds made, It is important to say that I don't live in the condo and have to take the subway in Toronto to get there. So I have to go out of my way which didn't seem to concern this company.
The living room set was fine. The bedroom set was not the right width. After a few days I had to phone to find out what was happening. I waited a week for new ones to be made and again go on the subway.
The second set STILL was not the right length. So I had to wait another week to make new blinds.
Finally the THIRD set came. It was the right size but there was a mark on the valence so that had to be replaced. I had to wait more than a week to get that replaced and again go on the subway. So the installer came to the condo FOUR times.
I was always doing the contacting. Nobody from Blinds to Go contacted me until I contacted them. They don't see that the customer's time is valuable.
As far as I am concerned they do not care about customer service or satisfying the customer. I still haven't received a call to see if I am satisfied with my blinds. You would think I would receive some kind of compensation for all the mistakes and time I spent but so far have heard nothing. The only person who seemed concerned and did a great job was the installer, Marvin. So I would never recommend Blinds to Go to anybody. They are far too busy and try to save money by not hiring enough staff.

Poor quality and the strings break all of the time. I bought blinds for my whole house and within 6 months 5 of the cords have broken with normal use. Now 2 more cords broke. They will replace them, but it takes time to bring them back and they just break again. I would not recommend them at all.

Blinds To Go is so unprofessional. I ordered blinds (vertical and cellular blackout) and then I had to call several installers to see which was willing to come to my building, since my building has restrictions. I should never have had to call, it should have been taken care of in the store. I don't need to know that installers don't like coming to my building. The installer came after several weeks and installed the blinds. The verticals had several pencil looking marks on them. I didn't get the cheapest verticals and they are cheap looking and very delicate. The cellular shade was installed and he told me he was done, getting ready to leave. When I looked, I saw several damaged areas. So he took down the shade and had to return them to the store. I wanted him to leave them until the new ones came, because I have been living for weeks without a shade in my bedroom - a huge inconvenience. He said Blinds To Go wouldn't allow this, so I called, and they confirmed that. Last week I had an appointment for the installer to come back because Blinds To Go told me the new shade was in. When he didn't show up at my house, I called him. He said one part wasn't in, so he didn't come. It would have been nice to let me know so I didn't have to rush out of work to get home. Finally today he came back. As soon as he unpacked the shade, he said it was the wrong size. So once again, my time was wasted and once again, I have no shade in my bedroom. I am thoroughly disappointed with this company. And to make matters worse, about 90% of the times that I call the store, I get a recording that all representatives are busy and I should try my call again later.

I ordered 2 blinds that came today the colour ordered was sevilla mayan blue, but what came was a BABY BLUE. when I called the Helpful NOT !!! lady she said hat this was right it is the product name ??? not what is on the site????? had this been the colour stated when I ordered it I never would have bought this. I said that this was totally misleading, she said she cant do anything about it. I have ordered so much from there for myself and family first sign of a problem they cant Help?? never ever will I buy from here again. disgusted

Purchased a blackout roller blind which was dispatched on time but had problems with the delivery company which eventually sorted out. When we went to install the blind the brackets supplied were both the same so had to call to reorder a drive end one. Then received an email saying they were out of stock. Waited for almost two weeks and called again. They sent out two of the round end parts that are already embedded in the roller. Another phone call got us the missing bracket but they did not fit the blind. In desperation my husband who is thankfully very handy took the blind to bits and modified it to make it work.
It was supposed to be a blackout blind, but the curtains it replaced did a better job. Their excuse was the the 'blackout is a coating they apply and can appear thin🤔 .
Not the level of service or quality I would expect!

Ordered my blind which was pretty easy and ease of mind...but when it got dispatched it has taken nearly 8 days to arrive!!!...I got notification from XDP (never heard of them before) telling me it would arrive Monday 9th September...the driver arrived then decided to drive off without any explanation I rang Blinds To Go and they kept me on the phone for 45 mins talking to the driver...he told them the package was not on the van and it WILL arrive on Tuesday the 10th September...well I waiting and it has not arrived at all...XDP are useless and blinds to go promised my blind would arrive today but didn’t...time for a refund!!! Hopefully that goes more smoothly..very disappointed and will not order from Blinds To Go in the future.

I ordered a blind and they as the delivery date was acceptable, they then email me on the delivery date it would be a further 9 days. I emailed to cancelled order as this was longer than the original delivery date but they ignored me, sent another email (which they confirm they have received) still ignored me and then they send another email 5 days later to say my blind will still be another 5 days. Never will I order from this company again. Shocking customer service and now I’m still waiting for it to appear as they just keep ignoring me. I do not want this blind. I have purchased and received one from another company. Blinds2go use shocking tactics.

Our blinds arrived today. We ordered a sample, to check the colour. As were in the motor trade (Paints) we understand you cant choose colours from a phone or computer screen!!
We have spent the last 2 hours assembling these and fitting them to 8 windows and 2 doors.
Easy guide,easy to put together and they look so beautiful. As long as you firstly measure correctly and look at the guide to fitting.
A 5 star rating is deserved.

I have ordered roller blinds from this company .The colour they provide on their website was totally different to what I received! I complained and asked for a refund but the response was extremely negative! The picture was a coffee colour but blind delivered was orange! Delivery note has a totally different description to the advertised one! As yet have not received an apology or refund!

So initially bought 2 blinds from this company that were very warped on delivery ! No problem these were re ordered and the new ones went up ! In under a year the consolidator broke and I have tried no end of times to repair this with the plastic consolidators they sent out and ridiculous instructions! Have sent emails to customer services to say why am I dealing with this it’s your 3 year warranty !!! Will never buy from this company again I suggest you look elsewhere
If they can’t send someone out to repair their blinds then they should replace or refund very poor quality and services

The order confirmation email said the blinds will be delivered within 7-10 working days. After 12 working days I received an email that the blinds are being dispatched. When I sent an email requesting to confirm when the blinds will be delivered so I could take the day off to receive them, I received no response. Then on the 13th working day they were delivered but of course I was not home. There is no way to reschedule to redelivery or find out when the redelivery will take place from UPS. Email just says that they will attempt redelivery.
So this company's expectation is that once a customer places an order they will wait for it for 3 weeks at home??? Absurd. Never again.
I have also asked for a refund and received no response.

Sent out blinds knowing they have supplied brackets that don't fit. I was told to "pack the brackets out". They are more than happy to send customers unsafe products. Customer service agent said they have recieved complaints about it already and they are the only brackets the design team have. Have agreed to collect them for a refund but no explanation as to why they are happy to send out incorrect parts. Disgusting behaviour, will never order from them again.

We paid to have Blinds To Go send someone to measure our windows for blinds. I installed the blinds when they were ready but one window was incorrectly measured and the header of the blind was too large and wouldn't fit. I went back to the store 3 times and and have been waiting 2 weeks to have them send the measurement man back to correct their error to no avail.

Horizontal blinds x 4 arrived quickly , quality good but unfortunatley where the weights hang many came open and weights fell out and i am now having to try to reseal to keep weights in .

I have had my perfect fit blinds since early 2016 I have them in every room in the house. I phoned them last week because one of the push up handles broke to buy a replacement, they sent me the replacement no charge. I have again phoned today as I needed another expecting to pay as I thought last weeks was just a one off to be told they would send me one out again free of charge. What a great after sales service. I will be moving home next year and will most certainly be buying from them again.

Ordered three blinds with three sets of royal valance. Did not receive full parts for two of them. For the one that I did receive, the quality is really bad (flimsy material and dirty), plus it was also not the right size as their design consultant claimed to be, and as a result it was too deep to fit into the space I had.
