This was my second order with Blinds.com. I was very satisfied a year ago and this year I put up 2 more. Yep I'm biting off a little at a time. I'll be 76 soon and I can't afford everything at once, or for that matter the job would be too overwhelming for me. I did both installations myself. The blinds fit perfectly and look great on both installations and they went up without a hitch. (that's old people talk for a problem). The packaging was good and all the parts were there. I didn't need the instructions as I'm somewhat of an expert with having 5 installs under my belt previously. Thanks for a great value product and a courteous sales team and staff.

The blinds were fairly easy to hang but I had to buy shorter screws as the screws they came with were way too long. They are good value for the money.

I ordered 2 inch deluxe wood blinds on 2/10/19 with a 4 day estimate on making them. On the 17th they said they are back ordered and I'd have them by the 27th. On the 28th I emailed them asking for an update and they said I should have them by March 7th. March 8th I received shipping confirmation. March 14th the shipping provided arrives with 1 set (out of 3) of blinds. Called the company and apparently they shipped in 2 packages and they forgot to provide both tracking numbers. Second package arrived on March 15th.
There was a sizable dent on the rail of my 95 inch blind but I straightened it out no problem, and it was on the backside anyways. All the blinds are the exact length (to the 8th inch) I ordered. Quality seems better than the same product my father ordered from SelectBlinds and were about 40% cheaper.
All in all, shipping could have been better. Communication could have been better. Time line could have been better and I could have been a lot less irritated checking on them every day. But the price for the quality is the best I was able to find. I'll order for my other 13 windows now and just not bother checking on them for a month or so.

I ordered 6 sets of blinds with our first shipment and one of the blinds ended up coming almost a foot short which I wasn't even sure how it happened. Worst of all the windows were almost all exactly the same length. I called customer service and they gave me instructions to take a picture with a tape measure next to the blinds to show the error and they sent a new blind and told me I could keep the old one so I didn't have to worry about shipping. I do believe I received the replacement pretty quickly. When I installed others, it looked like one was slanted and they walked me through the troubleshooting of this problem over the phone and if I wasn't satisfied, I could get a new one. I ended up keeping it because the adjustments did help. The products may have some of the 'you get what you pay for' issues, but I think overall they do a good job of keeping you happy with your purchase

I ordered 4 blinds and after several months, 2 of them stopped retracting. I contacted blinds.com and they had me trouble shoot them. It worked for one and not the other. They are replacing the one that it didn't work for. This replacement is at no cost to me. This is great! I will order from them again.
