Also, the fact you have installed new windows, it ask the questions if the sizes have changed thus creating the sizing issue encountered.
That is your response? You do not know anything about windows or blinds do you? New windows come out and go back in from the outside. The frame that the blinds mount to are wood and drywall and those dimensions do not change when you put in new windows. Are you that ignorant or do you just think I am?

Ordered two faux wood blinds for the two small garage windows. Arrived nicely packed, complete with requisite hardware and instructions. Installed easily, though
then looked all disheveled, slats uneven, with gaps.
Studied the situation further, to discover that each slat groove at the bottom of
every blade must be carefully aligned with the guild string. Unlike the expensive
Hunter Douglas blinds custom done inside the house, these from Blinds.com do not
have the second string which holds slats in place.
Once each was sorted, the binds operate well and look even.
For what these are . . . an inexpensive solution . . . they are good value.

I ordered 6 sets of blinds with our first shipment and one of the blinds ended up coming almost a foot short which I wasn't even sure how it happened. Worst of all the windows were almost all exactly the same length. I called customer service and they gave me instructions to take a picture with a tape measure next to the blinds to show the error and they sent a new blind and told me I could keep the old one so I didn't have to worry about shipping. I do believe I received the replacement pretty quickly. When I installed others, it looked like one was slanted and they walked me through the troubleshooting of this problem over the phone and if I wasn't satisfied, I could get a new one. I ended up keeping it because the adjustments did help. The products may have some of the 'you get what you pay for' issues, but I think overall they do a good job of keeping you happy with your purchase

Despite their 30 day customer satisfaction, they refused to let me return the blinds that were created. The color was completely different then the swatches that were sent to me. Their explanation was that it had been too long between my swatch samples and purchase and that the product color had changed. That's just poor business to refuse customer service. Not to mention they had the audacity to offer me 20% off my next purchase.

My husband and adult son spend hours trying to install those blinds. Unless you are very skilled, stay away, or be prepared to pay for installation.

We have been ordering the light filtering sheer radiance blinds one room at a time for our new home. EVERY order has come missing installation hardware. I even placed the most recent order on the phone with a very nice person and specifically confirmed the spacer blocks needed to be included. It is even notated on the order confirmation. Blinds come, NO spacer blocks. The "customer service" guy I just spoke with doesn't care, just says he sent me an e-mail that they will be sent to me. Doesn't know when I'll get them and there is no one that I can speak to in order to expedite shipment. I looked at the e-mail and he didn't even request the right amount. We have guests coming next week and I'm sure we won't receive the parts in time. I think we will move on to another company. I'd rather pay more than deal with this. ps I never write reviews because I don't like the negativity, but just couldn't help myself.
Today, 8-21-17, I was personally called by a representative about the missing parts and told that they were being two day express shipped to me so I can install them prior to my guests arriving.If this in fact does happen I will continue to use the company because the blinds are very nice.

The problem wasn't the blinds per se, it was the installation. The installer directed me to order a 2-on-1 blinds, which I did. When he came out to install it, he said it was too heavy and that the company should have known this. I have been unable to get any response back, either from the installation company or from blinds.com. You are on your own re the installation.

I ordered a roll-up shade from Blinds.com for my rental condo to replace blinds that had stopped rolling up. It took a little over a month to get 2 handymen scheduled to install the new shade - the window is very high up in a loft area and needs 2 people and an extension ladder. When they attempted to install the shade they couldn't get it to hang straight and centered in the window opening. Turns out the shade was mounted crookedly to the roller. And by "mounted" I mean the shade was just taped to the roller with masking tape and clear packing tape. Looks like a 2nd grader put it together. Plus the shade material is absolute junk - it looks and feels like wax paper you get from the butcher. It's all crinkled and creased and just looks cheap.
I called to return the junk shade and get my money back but of course they would not refund my money, nor give me a store credit so I could order some other crappy shade from them. So I had them make a replacement shade free of charge and it went right in the dumpster when it arrived. This company and their product is a joke, don't waste your time or money.

Based on previous excellent results, placed an order for 5 plantation shutters on March 3rd, 2017 after much delay and a supposed remake they arrived. Three of the five fit extremely well and looked great, one was a complete disaster the other was a very sloppy fit.
Phoned to take them up on their 100% sure-fit guarantee which has turned into something akin to following Alice in Wonderland down the rabbit hole, pictures taken, template made with sizes shown and still waiting, the factory claims they need more pictures etc.
Recommend you avoid them as a vendor or if you chose to disregard this warning be prepared for a frustrating time, still waiting and factory still on hold.
Unhappy consumer with rising blood pressure.

I had a estimate from 3 day blinds that was through the roof. Decided to do it myself. Glad I did. Saved thousands. Got a better product and did not get ripped off. Quality is good for what I paid for them. Ordering process was simple and effective. Free shipping in proper packaging. All around great experience.

I placed an order of shades for our sunroom which arrived promptly and in good condition. However, I didn't like the blackouts (my fault for ordering those instead of solar). the cordless system didn't work as I expected so we were not happy overall. so I decided to call them with little hope that I was going to get our problem resolved. I must say I was extremely surprised by the level of customer service I received. they were amazing!!! the lady I spoke with kept reminding me about the 30 day satisfaction guarantee every time I shared my disappointment regardless if it was my error or the cordless system etc... they asked me to donate the shades I did not like, they sent me samples of new fabric (signature solar). A week later I called and I placed my order with them hassle free, no questions asked. I just paid the price difference from my originally ordered and the new order. I have not received the new order yet but just rating them on my experience so far, I will definitely recommend blinds.com. Great customer service!

You should go elsewhere if you want a good-quality shade. I regret doing business with blinds.com. The Signature shades are shoddy construction. Worse yet were the roller shades I bought for four windows, which use the old-fashioned spring-inside-the-roller design. The clips you hang them from have an improperly-designed slot which allows the shade tip to disengage when opening the shade, which makes a loud "sproing" noise and then the shade has no spring action...it just hangs there. It's virtually impossible to manually rewind the spring. Also, these "custom" shades were stapled to the wooden roller on a slight angle, so as they roll up, they move to the right and get shredded against the metal clip. The Customer "Service" rep basically told me I was incorrect in reporting both of these problems, and it must be "user error". The only user error I made was getting sucked in to their low prices. They sell crappy Chinese shades and don't stand behind their product. Try Smith and Noble, Lowe's, Home Depot, or a shade pro in your area and deal with someone reputable.

They messed up the order not once, but twice. First the width was wrong, so they sent a remake, but then the length was wrong. They said they would send a second remake and provided a tracking number, but I never received anything. When I called them, they blamed the carrier and claimed they cannot intervene because they are "not really the shipper" they are just the middle man. I am now trying to recover my $1,100 by disputing the amount with my credit card. Also 5 weeks have passed since I first placed the order and I am still without shades. If you like this sort of experience, order from Blinds.com.

I ordered and paid for 4 shades 11/26. I received an email stating they were shipped 12/10 and that it could take up to 72 hours to be able to see the tracking. After 4 days of no info on the tracking link I contacted the company regarding the tracking # showing no info. I received a response stating they were really only shipped this morning. Hmmmmmmmm, so I need to wait another 3 days before checking the tracking??????????

I moved into a new house a year ago and needed a whole-houseful of window coverings. I ordered roll-up bamboo matchstick blinds, some lined, some not, all different sizes. Excellent customer service, excellent prices, packaging and shipping for heavy blinds completely protected the product. These blinds have been discontinued now, but they notified me, in plenty of time, if I needed to order one las time (which I did). I wish I had started this company - I would be proud to say it is mine.

ordered back in beginning of November 2 blinds form them. States on their site NOV 17 I should receive them it is now (tomorrow Dec1). Called today and still nothing has shipped at all. STAY AWAY. I am gutting a house and need new blinds throughout glad i found out they are NOT reliable at all so i will go elsewhere by the end of day today when i cancel my order with them.

Blinds.com has been by far a very pleasant experience from my initial purchase at 1/9/14 for 3/8 double cell light filtering top down bottom up shades to a recent remake 6/29/15 of one of my 8 blinds that failed. In exactly one week from my call to them the replacement is at my door. AWESOME!!! Blinds.com is with out a doubt the best customer service i have ever experienced to date. What impressed me when i first got my initial order 1 1/2 years ago was the quality of the blind, hardware and ease of installation. The personilized talk with a representative to make sure every blind was the correct in size. I purchased blinds 8 years ago. After many remodels some of the valance clips were broken. I looked all over town for new clips to no avail. For some reason "Blinds.com" stuck in my head. I gave them a call and once they got my name they asked how many I needed. Wondering how she knew exactly which ones I needed she said, "I have your original order right here". I hadn't even remembered that I bought them there. I asked how much they were and when she said, "no charge" I almost fell out of my chair! I've purchased from blinds.com several times for a variety of their window solutions, including room darkening bedroom blinds, sheer living space blinds, even top-down-bottom-up versions. Most recently, I purchase a few blinds specifically for our skylights. Their products are top quality, very easy to install, but their customer service is what brings me back every time. They'll recut shades if you make a mistake and even recently sent me new hardware that I lost. I will never hire a service to install blinds in my home again. Blinds.com is the way to go and we've done so for a few of our homes.

I purchased blinds for my home in 2013. 2 years later the string on one of the larger window blinds broke. I emailed them. They still had a record of all the windows and their names that I ordered. All I had to do was select which one it was and within the day, they had it ordered and ready to ship.
I will definitely stay with this company for my blinds needs.
