No customer service.
I order online on August 2nd.
The item was available.
I waited, waited, waited..
I sent e-mails.
No reaction, no answer, nothing.
Then I sent a registered letter.
When received, 3 weeks after my order, I was told by an automatic message that the item was not available any more, and I was refunded.
No call, no apology, nothing.
This company does not care about customers : worse, they do not know what a customer is.
Some people tend to forget that payroll at the end of the month comes from customers...
Bleu de Paname still has to understand, learn and remember this.
A very bad shopping experience...
