We bought the BAYA 1 floor lamp at BIVA. What the sales person did not tell us is that the light bulb is built-in, not externally installed. This means we have to buy a new lamp if the built-in light bulb is no longer working. We would have reconsidered buying the 1400 kr lamp if we were properly informed about this matter.
Also, the sales person told us that we will receive a sms and/or email notification a day before the lamp is delivered. But to our surprise, the lamp arrive without any prior notification. Luckily one of us is at home. The sales person should not give us incorrect information on this.
In short, it would be better if BIVA can work on ensuring their customers are being informed with the right information when purchasing any goods there.

Good Sales Team but Very Poor in Communication as per as delivery is concerned.
The sales representative was really nice & helpful to buy the furniture based on our requirements. We went to the physical shop to buy 2 things but ended up with buying 6 items which is due to the nice sales person.
Unfortunately same service I did not receive when it comes to the delivery. I have requested to deliver it on 20th November and it is written at BIVA side. But already received 2 text messages saying it will be delivered before that so I needed to call Biva Customer Service Centre 4 times to remind them that it should be delivered on 20th November.
This kind of delivery service impacts the good thing done by sales team.

It was a horrible experience to be delivered to a worn out sofaset. Most probably a set return to the warehouse by previous purchaser.

We ordered the furniture in the beginning of may and it got delivered almost 50 days later even though I called the support a lot of times I’ve got different stories and it was clear to me that they didn’t know when I could get my furniture delivered
I had to call them every time they never followed up they never wrote back to me they never called me
I can quite clearly state that I will never shop here again

Horrible service..placed an order 27 April
Despite repeated email follow-ups and constant long waiting times to get hold of a customer representative to follow up, we still have no clue when we will receive this order. We were promised 1-3 weeks delivery time and it has crossed that way too much.
I’d like to highlight the poor customer service as you can also see from the reviews below. One has to wait on the phone for at least an hour to be able to chat with someone from Biva only to be told ‘we don’t know more, haven’t heard from our deliverer’. Honestly, it’s not the customer’s problem who didn’t deliver to you on time.
We paid Biva and we expect Biva to take accountability of the delay. Your lack of accountability and terrible service and delivery timeline has been very disappointing and extremely unprofessional and leaves us with plenty of reasons to want to publicly voice out our frustration on social platforms so potential customers of yours are warned about the hassle involved.
There is no reason for us to pay a steep delivery charge when you don’t deliver on time

We ordered a bunkbed in mid October, which was supposed to be delivered in week-44. At the end of week-44, I got an email stating that the bed will be delivered in week-51. I contacted BIVA by email to ask about the delay and to provide me an alternate bed. No body bothered to respond. I then wrote a review at Trustpilot (dated: 28 November ) and finally got a reply from BIVA that my order cannot be delivered before week-51. I asked for an alternate bed but I was told that they do not have any bed available.
Later, as response to my review, BIVA wrote that I was offered an alternate bed but I denied that offer. I was quite surprised to see the response and contacted BIVA that I should be offered an alternate bed, as stated in their response at Trustpilot. I was again told that they do not have any bed available and my order will surely be delivered in week-51.
During week-51, I called BIVA customer service multiple times to track the status of my order. Every time, I was told that my order will surely be delivered in week-51. Week-51 passed and my order was not delivered. In week-52, I got another email that my order will now be delivered in week-7 of 2018. I totally fail to understand how come BIVA was unaware of the delay until last minute of week-51. Never expected this level of service from BIVA.
I emailed BIVA again asking for an alternate bed, as they wrote in their response on Trustpilot, but after more than a week nobody bothered to respond the email.
A delay of 15 weeks is not at all a pleasant experience. Cannot expect this level of service from any store in Denmark. Very frustrated with the cheating behavior :( :( :(
