Was a little skeptical 🤨 at first but once I created an account, it all changed . They responded to my questions quickly and upon my first transaction with them it all was sooooooo effective, as I received my BTC in minutes .
Will definitely be continuing business with them especially for the fact they also have ATMs all over Switzerland 🇨🇭.

Be careful! I bought in Zürich on the ATM Machine and the support don't answer anymore. They have problems with their ATM machine but still selling bitcoins in Switzerland. I think Bity don't understand what Bitcoins stand for. They keep your money on the machine and I am still waiting to get it back. Everybody who has experience with BItcoins knows that the bitcoins can increase very fast. I loosed time and money with Bity. Every bank in the world are faster. I will now contact them with my lawyer if I will not get my money back in the next days. Very unprofessional und not serious.

Pri I do not have enough experience to compare with other platforms but what I can say is that Bity is easy to handle for beginners (I am one!). Without almost anything knowing, I knew how to buy BTC (by transfer), send them to my wallet or to a trading platform, all without any problem!
The interface is simple and clear, everything is very easy to find.
By cons I can not say on their support because I have never used their service, but if it is the image of the site, it should not be bad.

Very correct company: for a purchase of Btc, the Atm had not issued the Private Key, and after request they credited me the bitcoins on my wallet, respecting my privacy! Not so with one of their competitors.
I will definitely do business with them again!

Transferring money and getting BTC/ETH is fast and easy. Never had any problems with Bity.
My first choice when I want to buy BTC/ETH without the need of an exchange where I'd need to handle buy orders / withdrawals and so on. Coins get sent therefore directly to my wallet without any hassle.
A thing which should be improved is the time to get verified in weeks with heavy workload (BTC makes bullrun), 1 week is just too long. Also, fees could be ab it lower and there could be more coins to be offered.

The first time I tried verify my account, it was suspended because I am a minor. I received an email telling me I had the option of providing a parental consent form to be able to use their service. When I answered this email with the necessary documents attached, I received an automated answer notifying me I could not contact them as my account was suspended. So I started the process again. This time, I attached a signed letter of consent, with the ID of my legal guardian, and all other required documents.
Bity estimates the verification wait time at 2 business days, but it was over a week before I finally applied pressure, and my account was suspended in 10 minutes (makes you wonder what took so long in the first place). Again I received an email about my being under-18, even though I had attached the necessary documents. Frustrated by the slow and unfriendly customer service, I tried to call them - but support hours are 9 to 5, and nothing on weekends. Still waiting for a response on my latest support ticket, but overall an exceptionally disappointing experience. Support staff wrote 1 liner answers to my questions, and showed no interest in me as a potential customer. The repeated mix up with the documents is just unacceptable. You would think a broker would do all they could to inspire confidence when investing in the relatively new crypto market - but nothing could be further from the case with Bity. I might amend my review if customer service replies in a reasonable time frame with more than an automated response.

I have done a few transactions with Bity over the last year which all went smooth, even though the initial verification took a bit longer than expected.
Currently I have been waiting for an oder for a week now without any notice or information whatsoever. Support is only provided though a chat system.
Until midday the chat system stated that support would be back in 30 min, now it shows that Bity typically replies within an hour. I have not received a reply in the last 6 hours!
In the meantime the transaction has now been cancelled, again without any notice or reason given! Unfortunately this lack of communication and information overshadows the good experience from the past.
Edit: Support contacted me shortly after writing the review and reported technical difficulties. They were willing to help in a short timeframe. I'll update here as this proceeds.
Edit 2: Support was very helpful and resolved my issue within an hour. Thank you! I would love to see other ways to contact support and more responsiveness in the future but everything played out well!

I applied for a job at Bity and after the job interview I haven't heard anything back from them, not even when I asked by e-mail twice. I don't think that this is any good for your reputation. You didn't answer any call on your company number and you didn't answer any further e-mails. Is this how you treat people around you who are seriously interested in a job? At least, you could tell the people that you have found somebody else or that they should wait some more time, but doing nothing is beyond anything...

Their Intercom chat virtually does not work. Usual reply time is in about 1 hour. For not it is already 2 hours and no response.
