Low prices and very quick delivery. I ordered a dog harness on Sunday morning and it was delivered by 8am the nxt day. Outstanding! I will definitely order from them again.

Very surprised to find that the bigger my order was the more I was charged in additional costs. Delivery was supposed to be free but I was charged extra because the order had to be packed into more than one box!!

Delivery time was as promised (3-5 days) even though the goods were shipped from Germany. Product arrived extremely well packed, all pieces present, no damage whatsoever and exactly as per the description given (Savic Royal Suite 95 - basically a rat palace!)
Delivery was via DHL enabling me to track package from Erfurt to Greenford, at which point it was handed over to Europa who were efficient, professional and courteous.
And I now have four VERY spoilt, VERY happy rats who now live in a mansion😊

Will NOT use Bitiba again because they use a cowboy delivery firm called YODEL run by a set of DONKEYS in my opinion.
YODEL lie from top to bottom but have been caught out this time.
I have now changed my supplier of cat food to another supplier who use DPD a fantastic honourable delivery firm.

Where do I start what an awful company who make you feel like a criminal.
I made a purchase of dry dog food for my two Lurchers one of which has a medical condition & is dependent on her special diet. I made my order & it arrived within two days excellent. I then opened the box early on a Sunday morning to find not dog food but cat litter. This annoyed me as the dog with the medical condition had no food & caused her some complications. I made contact with the company I received no apologies & I was made to feel that this error was my fault. The company are refusing to return my money till they have the the items returned. This company is one to avoid their only interest is profit not your pets health or a good customer relations. That's all I can say is many thanks to Pets at Home who came to the rescue.

I’ve used Bitiba twice and both times the delivery and quality of goods has been excellent. I never do reviews but I’ve been so impressed I broke that pattern. I will continue to use Bitiba for all of my dogs’ needs.

First time of using and have to say very impressed, Price was first plus point, and delivery in 24 hours from ordering excellent, delivery by Yodel and informed delivery date and approximate time, then backed up with a 2 hour time slot by very friendly driver, thus giving a good feeling about dealing with Bitiba for the first time, now looking forward to doing more with Bitiba.

First I started using Bitiba because I had issues trying to order from Zooplus. They never had anything in stock. Switched to Bitiba only to discover they are the same company. This week I ordered several things and paid with PayPal. Received a message after that one of the items was unavailable and then another message saying my other products had been shipped. So I couldn’t cancel the order. Then they asked for my bank info so they could refund the money. But they refunded it to PayPal who refunded it to my credit card. Except I can’t find the money anywhere (which isn’t Bitiba’s problem but would not be a problem if not for Bitiba). Then I receive the package. I ordered one 2.5 kg bag of cat food and a 400g of cat food. They sent me two 400g of cat food and one wasn’t even the kind that I had ordered. And now I have to spend my free time calling and trying to get the correct bag and figure out where the f my money is. I hope this company goes under because they are utter sh.

I've been buying from Bitiba for a year now and think they are great. Not had any problems and all the deliveries have arrived quickly and on time.
Excellent prices also - I've not been able to find cheaper anywhere and I do look and compare.

Used Bitiba for the first time recently to source Royal Canin Mother and Baby for our pregnant dog Larka as we live in a remote village in Cornwall and it's not easy to source even at the local pet stores. The price was most competitive and the food arrived promptly within 24 hours. The thing I was most impressed by though was the Customer Service. When I informed them that the box and bag were damaged in delivery they immediately responded and sent out a new bag to us that arrived within 24 hours free of charge. I had not even asked for this. As a result, I will always order my pet supplies from Bitiba in future. That level of customer service is to be commended these days. Well done Bitiba for standing out!

Absolutely awful company! Don’t use! Ordered food for both my dogs, over a week later no delivery, emailed to ask what was going on and got no response. Ended up having to pay a lot more for food from vet surgery as I was getting low. Now the order status is “cancelled” however I didn’t even receive an email to tell me they had cancelled my order or an explanation as so why. I’m now out of pocket as vets over charge for prescriptive diets and need to order food from a more reliable company. Won’t ever use this shambles of a company again!

I have ordered several times. On occasions I get a faultless delivery. Other times there is no communication and the order arrives late, so I have to go out and buy at high cost.
Given the reviews they receive it should be obvious to them that they have a customer service problem. However this has been going on for a while.
Also Yodel can dump the parcel anywhere if I am out,

Company is a joke and there delivery provider (yodel) is an even bigger joke items marked as delivered when it wasnt even attempted rang bitiba and they said they will look into this then said its been delivered only to then get a message that it will be re delivered ended up waiting 10 days and nothing then they said they could send a replacement but that would be 3 to 5 working days so waiting 2 weeks for an order that i paid £90 for in the end got a refund crap service all the time must be why there stuff are cheap

Ordered specific vet recommended diet biscuits for next day delivery.. order 'delayed' arrived 2 days late after i threatened to cancel the order as I needed the items.. yodel delivery I was at home in the kitchen when they delivered my parcel and despite my front porch being unlocked they left the parcel in the front garden without knocking the door it was only the fact that Bitba txt me to say the parcel had been delivered prompted me to go looking, otherwise the parcel could/would have been stolen! Never again..

They use Yodel.
Good price for the Dog Food but every single time i order, Yodel pretend they have tried to deliver and left a card, when i have been sat in waiting for the package. Usually on second attempt they'll at least chuck it outside your front door.
Writing a review as i just sat in waiting for the second attempt and they have done it again.
Terrible customer service from Bitiba who offer no help and just say they'll try and get them to deliver it as soon as possible.
