I will revisit this once I try them...in the meantime my son took one and he slept so soundly he wet the bed. He's 31 years old...embarrassed and afraid to try them again. So, I guess they work!

The product is great

Customer service is terrible. I purchased my 3rd batch of this product back in April, it was dispatched quickly, I then received a customs charge for £138! This is over 100% the total cost of the product (import tax is 20% for the UK)

It turned out that the shipping company valued a $165 product at $800!!!!

I contacted company regard this and James contacted me and seemed genuinely upset and offered to refund me in full, however I am still waiting for this, claims made that refund was made last month and proof sent to show that refund hasn't been made, and now nobody is responding to me, over a week with nothing back

Poor service

Since posting this James has been back in touch and refunded me, its just a shame that I have had to resort to this to get a response from the company

It's a shame as its a great product

Only been using product for a month so too early for a real review. I have noticed no improvement in any area of claimed CBD benefit but willing to continue using the product for a while longer.
Payment for product has me a bit worried after they lost the ability to pay via credit cards.
Sounds like big money pharma and their protecters (US Government) are out to kill all Cannabis products so they can continue to rip us all off selling addictive medicines that mask symptoms and cure little but reward the big money king-pins with 100's of billions in profits every year.

Bought for my wife pain relief in the legs and back, not much of improvement, even after increasing intake to 8 capsules a day.

Ubable to fulfill critical orders

I like there product, but shipping is not the best. Waited longer than expected. Recommended BIO CBD to relative and took almost a month to receive.
