Bought a Tablet,best price, low cost postage. At 1st I was disappointed as they delayed delivery checking for fraud but was delighted when it was delivered within a week. Perfect order will buy from Bing Lee again

First bought a fridge and the weak wimpy delivery guys refused to bring it up our stairs, Bing Lee refused to refund our delivery fee.
Second, found an appliance online, checked stock availability, drove out to the store, guess what , no stock.

Do not buy anything from Bing Lee Bankstown. Not to be trusted. Bought a defective $7000 Qled 75 inch Samsung TV. Totally defective. Sound bar poor quality. Couldn’t hear dialogue. Made us pay Jim’s Antenna $300 to instal. Nightmare dealing with Philippines call centre. Have no idea if Australian consumer law. Bing Lee Bankstown washed hands of situation until I wrote google review. Couldn’t even arrange replacement. Anthony & Ben terrible customer service. Only concerned with making money. Even female receptionist rude. DON’T GO THERE. Try another Bing Lee

Not even worth one star.The extended warranty team know that my washing machine has broken down with the same issue 4 times now 2 under bosch warranty and 2 under there warranty and would rather pay more than the machine is worth than replace it.I have also been informed if it breaks down after this repair is complete and out of the 3 month warranty with the same issue again it wont be covered shame on you .For one selling me a lemon and 2 continuing to repair it only to have it happen time and time again

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. They send me a tracking number, but you know what...... The item has never been sent by them. SCAM SCAM SCAM!.
They told me I need to wait 13-14 working days.AFTER 13 days waiting, the item still did not arrive, tracking show nothing.
It's not good seller!

Customer service, especially at the store, can be improved. I'd recommend the company to train their staff better, especially the one calling customers should be friendly and have great people skills.

Electrical goods delivered late ,and also soaking wet ,goods missing ,Bing Lee customer services either don,t call backor dont call at all,and tell lies re compensation . ( Louisa and Tom ). Any wonder bricks and mortar retailers are struggling !

Ordered a DVD player online for pick up at Mt Druitt store (a good 30+ minutes train trip from my home). The lady from the store rang me yesterday to say it was ready to pick up and I must bring the credit card that I paid with. Today I make the trip to Mt Druitt. The store was empty except for staff standing around. The first guy I spoke to asked for my drivers licence and I explained I didn't have one. He rolled his eyes and gave me an odd look and handed me to the girl on the desk. She looked up my order on the computer. No eye contact, no smile, no anything. She then asked for my drivers license and I explained that I had been contacted by one of their staff and told to bring my credit card. The girl disappears and comes back 10 minutes later with another guy. Again, the drivers licence. For the third time I explain a licence is not necessary to buy a DVD player. I show him my credit card which matches with the number on the order. I show him the order email with the order number. He supposedly rings the online service, wastes another 10 minutes, then announces he is STILL not going to give me the product I bought. No smile, no friendliness, personality of a highway patrol cop. So outside the store I rang the online service who were very apologetic, confirmed that I didn't need a license and said they'd ring the store and get them to give me the product I had purchased. I am then placed on hold for a good 10 minutes, and the online girl came back to the call and apologised that even she couldn't convince the store to release my purchase.
So off to JB HiFi I go, explained to them the situation. They gave me a 25% (25% wow?!?!) discount, smiled, helped me with questions I had about blue ray DVDs. WOW what a difference!!
The reason why there's no-one in Bing Lee is simply because they are not very nice people. Simple but true. Don't go there.
