I bought 2 tickets @ £5. A charge of $1.16 was stated before I ordered the tickets, but an additional £0.24 "Payment processing fee" was added at the payment page.
I have seen worse.

The software did not allow me to purchase my ticket to Teater Play's Comedy Club (open mike night) via mobile pay. I complained that I was unable to do that and therefore payed 35 DKK than I should have (if mobile pay had functioned properly. S______ in their customer service department implied that I was complaining just to receive a 35 DKK rebate. My intent was to get the problem with their software recognized and hopefully resolved. I hope i don't need to use this service again though I imagine they might have a monopoly on ticket sales to certain venues. Oba-wellba...c'est l'vie

I am always suspicious of any reviews that are all 5star or 1star, it suggests corporate fingers trying to reset the balance.
My experience of buying the tickets was ok but what hacked (I had to edit that word) me off is that they posted a tweet from my account pertaining to be from me advertising the event. I tried to complain but they would not answer, when I finally did get one they merely said it must have been me sharing it! Dealing with a poorly trained staff member who's grasp of English is not great does not give me confidence in Billetto. I will not use them again. Very poor customer service.

If I could give no stars I would. This company hides alot of hidden charges that are automatically taken from the tickets that you sell. You end up receibing alot less than you expect, it's a bit of a shame if I am entirely honest. Stay away.

I circled around and around and was never redirected to the actual homepage. Even after contacting the support and following their steps, I did not succeed on my laptop. However, it worked fine on my phone. The support service was friendly and rapid – their tricks just didn’t do the trick :-(

Never ever ever use them for invoicing
I have several unhappy customers - all of whom tried to pay by invoice, some got a credit note in spite of having paid the day they received the invoice and others got a credit note because they didn't pay within the (way too short for a corporate) 15 day deadline. My conference is already filled with unhappy customers before we start. Customer service speak very poor English, use bad spelling and grammar and don't understand the point you or your customers are trying to make.

Being able to get an old ticket sent to me from when I'd booked more than a year ago to help me with records for my tax return was a real surprise. I didn't expect them to still have it available and least of all to email me straight away. Quick, fast & easy. Super happy with the service & would definitely consider using it in the future.

I got my e-mail 24 hours after I purchase. I also tryied to contact the company, wich was almost impossible. I had to contact the party host to confirm my order.

Buying of tickets went well, but the fee was unacceptable high - more than 10% added to the price of the tickets. That is not OK.

Billetto has the cheapest ticket service in Denmark. At the same time it's the best i have tried as an event organizer. Good fast service on email and phone. Really good and easy system to administrate with guest lists etc. Really satisfied!

I ordered tickets for an event in Leeds, the tickets were £30 each. I was charged £1.60 for each ticket by Billetto and thought that was it, being charged for doing nothing is expensive as I printed the tickets myself but it was the only way to get them.
On checking my credit card account I found that I had been charged a further 93p for a 'payment handling fee'. This is calculated as you type the card number, so no prior warning, and easy to miss, as I did.
So that's £4.53 or 7.5% of the ticket price, for sending me an email. What a bargain. Not.

I have been using Billetto for over 12 months now and they are by far and away the best online booking company with the lowest commission fees. Any problems such as customer refunds, date or venue changes have been handled swiftly and efficiently. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I love how easy it is to create events, get guest list and so on
My only issues has been with the ticket money arriving 3 days after the event finished and with people not used to the Internet. They get confused when signing up and using the Facebook button for that instead of their emails. Would love it if they could put the sign up through Facebook button below signi up through email

When you ask for your profile to be deleted they still spam you with request for review. Resulting review is therefor negative, as they cannot even live up to their own deletion of profiles
