It took 3 days to hear from them after I signed up. They were able to drop my internet bill $14 a month and switched my energy provider to a pay as you go plan. We will see if I save with that bit it has been about the same rate to this point. No change to wireless or direct tv. Going to look at car insurance

My initial experience was great, but has fallen short since. I've had to contact them to get things done. My rep left the company and it was about time to re-negotiate all of my bills and no one contacted me to pick up where the former employee left off. I, once again, had to contact them.

Too many inconsistencies. I would continue to ask how payment works and no one could answer me. I started with a rep named David who was nice but just dropped off the earth. Then when I called to get a refund they set me up with Kip who was awesome but he wasn’t able to save me much. He explained to me, and explained the cancellations would be easy after. When I called they easily cancelled but said my money would not be refunded. I was very upset since the advertisement explained my money would be refunded if I was able to save $150 annually. Therefore I don’t understand why it was so ridiculous for me to request my funds back.

Even though my initial experience with bill advisor was less then ideal....The company has the good sense and judgment to “make things right” I was contacted by the EVP to make sure that I knew the experience that I had with the company was not exceptable and he would more then make things right....I really appreciated that he took the time and made the effort to contact me. So...No hard feelings...give them a try

They start out great and work to save you some money, but then the service seems to noticeably drop off.

During my first"free month" through Dish, no one ever called me. I finally called them after they bill my account $14.99. I've been trying to get them tho help me with my car insurance but until this day I haven't heard back. The email that they gave me to email my insurance paperwork to kept coming back to me. I finally spoke to a supervisor on Monday who gave me her direct email. I emailed her, she confirm receiving it. I called this morning to follow up since no one had called me. They said I should be receiving a call sometime today. I'm already on my second month of service and I haven't seen any action. I'm so ready to cancel, but even trying to cancel it's hard. What the heck...

Worked in the beginning but then service dropped off once bill advisor got wind we would not continue subscribing. Promises made to get back in touch with us but did not happen. Would use the monthly subscription fee to pay my bills!

Had a good experience when I initiated contact. Got my cell bill down about $20. Rep said she would call the next day at a specified time to work on internet bill, and I haven't heard from her in over a week. Will not be continuing to do business with this company.
