Bill Advisor saved me money $100 a month on my Insurance but cost me $100 on my phone bill. It went from $140 for 3 lines to over $240 for the same 3 lines after negotiations with the same carrier!! The first bill was $221 which we thought was a transition fee? Then the second month was a $280 bill... now it is $240!!! (It was supposed to be the same cost but with unlimited data).
My wife was skeptical about someone else negotiating our plans... and now I see why. I have spent 2 hours on the phone with the phone carrier just to go back to our original plan (with no credit)!!

Wow, bonded with my advisor Lynette Brooks and with only Direct TV, Rise Broadband and ATT mobile she saved me $2,000/yr for the future so far. Needless to say but way over my expectations.

They don't mention their $100 up front set up fee in any of their commercials but their willingness to offer you $150 in guarantees if they can't save you $150 made me go ahead and sign up anyway. It was worth it! In addition to saving me $60 per month/$720 per year on my cell phone/cable TV/internet bills (with no change in provider and actually better internet speed), they also replaced my home/auto/umbrella/flood insurance at a savings of $900 per year for over $1,600 in total savings per year versus what I was paying AND the insurance coverage had some higher limits for certain coverages. Best $100 I ever spent! Now I haven't decided whether its worth keeping the subscription fee for $15 per month they also sign you up for right away. They say you can cancel for any reason at any time. Once I make sure they have followed through on all their promises, I'll decide before I get to my one month anniversary whether paying the subscription is worth it (versus having to cough up $100 to $150 to set it up again in a year). We'll see but, so far so good!!!

During my first"free month" through Dish, no one ever called me. I finally called them after they bill my account $14.99. I've been trying to get them tho help me with my car insurance but until this day I haven't heard back. The email that they gave me to email my insurance paperwork to kept coming back to me. I finally spoke to a supervisor on Monday who gave me her direct email. I emailed her, she confirm receiving it. I called this morning to follow up since no one had called me. They said I should be receiving a call sometime today. I'm already on my second month of service and I haven't seen any action. I'm so ready to cancel, but even trying to cancel it's hard. What the heck...

I want to share my experience. I was very unhappy with initial service I was in a bad cable deal, and I was angry that you all weren't helping me. Well, you did a complete 180! You got me what a I wanted from my cable provider, and also got me on a cheaper car ins. I want to personally thank Linda Gaines. I know she worked hard to get the best deal possible from Xfinity. A month ago, one start...last two weeks you have done a 5 start effort! Thank You!

Worked in the beginning but then service dropped off once bill advisor got wind we would not continue subscribing. Promises made to get back in touch with us but did not happen. Would use the monthly subscription fee to pay my bills!

Had a good experience when I initiated contact. Got my cell bill down about $20. Rep said she would call the next day at a specified time to work on internet bill, and I haven't heard from her in over a week. Will not be continuing to do business with this company.

I had no idea how much we were overpaying on our bills until I worked with Donzaile at BillAdvisor.com. Donzaile was amazing! He was able to find my family savings of about $70 per month on our cell phone bill and an additional $20 per month on our internet bill. We also received a better data plan after asking about possible promotions. He didn't stop there either! After the monthly discounts were applied, he even asked for any one-time discounts, which I received in the amount of $25. I was truly skeptical at first but am completely satisfied with BillAdvisor.com and am especially grateful to Donzaile.

I dread the monthly text letting me know that my outrageous cell phone payment has been processed. I have long suspected I was overpaying but never took the time to look into it.
