I was working with Kip and Jazmine on my recurring bills. Marlo was helping me with Homeowners and Auto Insurance. I have a slight ($4.27) increase in my phone bill but went from 25GB of Data to Unlimited Data. That's an increase I am More than Happy to accept. I live in a rural area without many services so I didn't expect much going into the process. I ended up saving $181.18/Month ($2174.16/yr) on just 4 bills.

Too many inconsistencies. I would continue to ask how payment works and no one could answer me. I started with a rep named David who was nice but just dropped off the earth. Then when I called to get a refund they set me up with Kip who was awesome but he wasn’t able to save me much. He explained to me, and explained the cancellations would be easy after. When I called they easily cancelled but said my money would not be refunded. I was very upset since the advertisement explained my money would be refunded if I was able to save $150 annually. Therefore I don’t understand why it was so ridiculous for me to request my funds back.

I’m very satisfied with my purchase of a Bill Advisor membership. I’d had been listening to the radio talk show hosts talk about them for months before I finally decided to try them. My personal advisor, David, has been great! He and the rest of the team have already saved me over $100 a month on just TWO bills so far and they aren’t even done yet going thru my monthly expenses. That’s definitely worth the $13 I pay a month for the membership!!

I've been working with Tracy Macari my Bill Advisor Representative. And she is one of the friendly and most helpful representatives that I have ever had the privilege of working with. She has done such a remarkable job lowering my TV, cell phone, House alarm, Satellite radio to name a few other bills. I would definitely recommend Bill Advisor. The sacrifice of paying a monthly fee of $14.00 a month to save in the long run. Does pay for itself. Thank you.

Scam. They will charge you $100 upfront and then monthly for 12 months. Do yourself a favor and call American Light and Power. That is all they were able to save me money on. When I tried to cancel service I told the lady on the phone that my bill had not gone down, she told me "You must be using more electricity". Spend 20 minutes online yourself and save the $250 they charge.

Even though my initial experience with bill advisor was less then ideal....The company has the good sense and judgment to “make things right” I was contacted by the EVP to make sure that I knew the experience that I had with the company was not exceptable and he would more then make things right....I really appreciated that he took the time and made the effort to contact me. So...No hard feelings...give them a try
