no follow up, no execution, high employee turnover rate, worked with a different person each time i called which required extra work on my part. with the amount of time i spent, i might as well have done the shopping around myself. I didn't receive much savings either. I never received a reimbursement despite the promises made by the company.

UPDATE: June 18, 2019
The check for the rest of our refund arrived yesterday. So, Bill Advisor did refund all the months of our monthly fees as they promised and everyone was polite through the process.
My main disappointment continues to be that they did a poor job of helping us get set up. I also was not able to get a full refund until I went 'public' on this site. It would have been better if they had handled the matter privately and right away when I called the first time. But, they did handle it quickly, politely, and swiftly.
UPDATE: Later in the day June 4, 2019
A very nice representative called me to ask how we could resolve my unhappiness with the our issue. I said I would like a full refund and she said they could do that. It turns out they also had a bad phone number in our account (seems to be a mistake or typo, basic human error) which meant when they tried to reach out they weren't getting a hold of us. The check will take 30-60 days to arrive. I'll update when the matter is complete! I am impressed with how quickly they responded.

We signed up with Bill Advisor in April 2018. They began charging their monthly fee that month. I could never get any straight answers about specific savings and was expected to give them authorization to all of my accounts and they would 'save us money' with no specifics. I tried several times to get more clarification. No luck. Fourteen months later and over $200 in monthly fees collected, not one penny of savings. I made a final call to cancel the program and asked for our money back since there had been ZERO savings. I was told the best they could do was a refund of three months. What a joke.

One provider is all they could change for lower rates and I swear my electric bill is higher than it was. Getting ready to access old provider usage and argue my point. Be careful.

Had an appointment with them... found out I was not even scheduled for one, they told me it was a misunderstanding but they still charged me $100 without me even knowing... yeah it's a misunderstanding alright!!! When I asked about my $100 being refunded for the misunderstanding they didnt reply... Dont trust them it's a scam!!!

Do not get trapped. Make your own calls an negotiate services.
If you try to cancel they will charge the full year membership fee.
The only savings was on home owners insurance in which I was already in contact with the "referred" insurance company.

They did manage to get a couple of my bills lowered, nothing drastic but a few bucks lower. I recently moved and a few of my utilities changed as well as my cell phone carrier it seemed almost impossible to cancel this service even though I haven't benefited from any services they provided in 3 months yet they keep withdrawing money from my account. I just want to cancel!

My account manager Tameka was very responsive and they were able to drop my bills by a great amount. They work miracles, and the "$300 guaranteed annual savings" is a joke. They literally saved that within the first week of me contacting them. Some of the discounts they negotiate with phone services and internet, I wouldn't imagine were possible. I'll be paying the monthly $12 with a smile on my face. They did drop off the radar for a couple months but one email to review my account and they're on the hunt for better deals already. They even have their own insurance company that negotiates all your deals, dropped my auto insurance quite a bit even with a few bad marks on my end.

This company's business ethics are non-existent. Keep your accounts and money safe by going with any of the other wonderful bill negotiation services that are out there from other companies. My experience is below:
This company is a scam. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB directly after this review. They tell you they only charge you if they save you money, but that is not always the case. I had cancelled my account back in February of 2018. Why am I writing a review in September 2018? Guess what Bill Advisor continued to do even after I cancelled? Thats, right. CHARGE ME. So I called them and asked that this be resolved. I told the manager that they could not continue to charge me as that was illegal. She was very specific and careful in her wording and admitted that they had been charging me, that she saw I had called in Feb 2018 to cancel, and that she had access to my previous calls and she would look into it.
Upon hearing this, I told her that I wanted access to the call records in case I wanted to start a legal case. She tells me no problem. She says she can't send me the recordings, but she can get on a call with me in a few days and let me listen to my recorded calls. We exchanged e-mails and I waited for her response. I receive an answer from her on the day she promised, except I noticed 1 problem. She had sent me a refund for the charges, but she made no mention of the call recordings, except to say that she reviewed everything and she is giving me a refund. When I e-mail back saying "thank you but what about the recordings we discussed?" she completely went silent on me. It took 3 e-mails for her to finally answer me saying she was not going to discuss anything else with me as they were refunding me.
Wait... so you're telling me, I call in, I tell you that you've have been fraudulently charging my account and that it can be proved by the call recordings of me that you have. You agree to let me listen to the recording of MYSELF and your customer service team, and then once you "investigate" you decide you no longer want me to have access to the recordings? Gee, I wonder what you found. And who was the wonderful and caring person that treated a customer this way by trying to avoid being held accountable? Why, none other than Susan Russell, the
Senior Director of Operations & Sales Support.
Amazing. A senior Director of Operations and Sales telling a customer through e-mail, and I quote:
"We will not be providing any recordings and your account has been fully refunded. At this time there is nothing additional I am able to offer for you. This will be my final communication with you in regards to this matter."
So not only do they think that by refunding me they can get away with the fact that they are continually breaking the law with customer after customer but now, as a consumer, I have a company taking the stance of a 5-year-old ignoring me?
