We made a big list hoped to save some time, but it ended up to be time consuming + what is even worse the products did not match after all.
We would accept that there was a human mistake so we did not get all the products at the first attempt- unfortunately I did not check it when picking up so I needed to drive back after my wife informer me we are missing at least 2 bags of items. So driving back informing that we miss a lot of items. Suddenly they found two bags which were ours. This could be acceptable, even though with this kind of service it’s just too bad as a first time experience.
What made it totally bad is the fact that after two days we figured out that we are still missing some of the items - that feeling when you want to make a breakfast with an item you chose but it’s simply not there. So we went through the list and figured out there are couple of item missing.
After this I would never use this service again simply because it’s not reliable and that make it even more time consuming (making a list online, picking up the items and then if I need to check every item and compare them with the shopping list that’s too bad).
With the service like this the reliability and punctionality should be the number one priority of the provider.

It's a great service! Fast, practical and user friendly.
However, and the reason why I am not giving 5 stars is the amount of plastic bags used for each customer. Since we live at a time where plastic is one of our society's big concerns, I cannot understand how Bilka can even think about using one plastic bag for every single vegetable (and I am not exaggerating). In one weekly purchase, I receive more plastic bags in my house than the amount of plastic bags I use myself for an entire year - I dare writting. And this is, why I don't use the service every week.
Apart from that, the service is great and it would be a great help if we could afford to receive so much plastic every week at our house.

Ubemærket og dårlig kundeservice - Yesterday I ordered 25 things, of which around 13 where not included. It then took 25 minutes to identify with the girl at the pick up along with another 4 phone calls to customer service (kundeservice) so that I could get my money back which took another 30+ minutes. Kundeservice is terrible, and they have misunderstood that when missing half (ca 50%) of your order versus 1-2 items is not the same thing. Not willing to get someone to call me then next day as I would like to make a complaint is also disappointing. I have been credited back the money back I believe, but I have not received a credit invoice to see what this is made up of - which would be standard from any other company. I have not received any other compensation. If you can understand when you have small kids and you want something you would believe to be more convenient, and when it becomes less than and makes you late home, without items to cook with, and disappointed and then angry, I think that something a little more than "we credit the money back - what more to do you want?" would be a little more applicable/acceptable. Another thing that also surprised me, when I said some items were missing, almost straight away the girl at the pick up told me that it was not possible for her to do anything, and that I had to call kundeservice.

They are always shot on meat. We have tried to order the same meet 4 times and every time it is sold out. This is not rocket science. Page one on stock inventory. Only sell what you have on stock.
So until Bilka gets the kindergarten stuff fixed for running a webshop it cannot be recommended.
Taj for nedestående svar som jo ikke giver nogen mening. Vi bestiller vare mindst 18 timer før. Det er jo rigelig tid til at tage de vare fra som er solgt på web siden. Jeg har desværre svært ved at se at man kan regne forkert 4 gange i træk. Den første gang fik vi endda lagt en ny ordre ind men da vi skulle hente disse var der igen udsolgt!
Som jeg ser det er det for nemt for jer blot at lave udsolgt og ikke tage penge for varene end det er at sikre at jeres logistik fungere.
En alm webshop ville være død efter den første måned hvis den lavede ligende trick.
Måske man skulle sendes jeres feedback til Per Bang.
The worst part is that when you then complain they just reply... "your answer is very important to us"... well, they do what the can to get rid of their customers.
