Poor delivery. Pallet was placed in wrong location despite there was a cristal clear sign defining location to place pallet.
Will not order ever again.

False advertising and dumping prices on products they never had in stock, in the first place.
In the past 3 weeks they had Nintendo switch+ labo in 2 magazines presented at 2400, when nobody would give this for less than 2700. No problem here, except that they never had it in stock. Or maybe they had 1 or 10. I have been in the shop in the first day, their online shop didn’t have it, their employees never heard about that offer. When they looked in the database the product was nowhere in any of the shops.
So, that is to me at least misleading information if not illegal when you do dumping prices like this.
So therefore, Bilka you have a trust problem and my spending in your shops will be reflecting this.

I think the practice of free delivery and then trying to charge an exorbitant fee to bring the item in to the house is an immoral act that takes advantage of those that are not capable them selves such as the elderly and infirm.
How can it possibly be that a 1300 dkk has free delivery but costs another 30% on top to simply Carey in to the house. You.should be ashamed of such extortionate practices.

I bought a sofa for outside house and the sofa came without some parts (bolts). I have been complaining for over a week, and i did not get the bolts. The peaces of the sofa are standing outside and getting damaged. Customer service difficult to reach, and they are not responsible for damage of product. SO the communication is really bad, no assistance at all. I am very disapointted with Bilka

Never again! Bought a new Phillips Tv which got delivered a few days later. Once setup I noticed a horizontal line on the screen and after a while the top part of the screen got copied onto the bottom part. I tried resetting to factory settings, and unplugging the power. After a while I turned on the tv and a white snowy screen and a crackling sound appeared. Afraid that it would shortcut I packed it up again.
I called the main office who told me that I should take the Tv to the service center where I bought it. Not an easy task since the tv doesn't fit in the car and I can't lift it by myself.
Once arrived at the service center my request to either replace the Tv or a refund got declined. My only option was a repair which would take over a week. Mind you, this is a brand new Tv.
I will now have to book an appointment with a Phillips mechanic to come to my home to fix it, so I will have to take a day off.
Needless to say I'm very upset with the lack of service and understanding and I will never ever buy here again.

The delivery could have been a little faster, and there were a few more parts of the bike to put on than what I had read, but all in all it was a good experience

Ordered a bike, paid extra to have it delivered on a Saturday. Next Satuday delivery is 8 days out? No problem, I can wait.
Come Saturday and an e-mail pops up saying they could only deliver on Monday. That is after me paying extra for a Saturday delivery!
Called the support, no help there either. They won't even explain what went wrong. Best they could do is to refund the difference in shipping.
I just moved to Denmark a month ago, and I already miss Amazon... Yeah Amazon kills small shops, but you know what? If they can't compete in service quality, maybe they deserve to die. I never had any trouble with delivery with Amazon in US. Danish companies really should shape up their e-business.

In Odense the entrance is often dirty, smelly and the bottle machines are rarely functioning. Snapped a picture today of a totally disgusting entrance, it´s hard to believe that it is meant as an entrance.
They need someone to clean that place every hour and make sure the machines are in working order, it´s worst at the late hours.

There were two parts missing in my char broil grill that I bought. I have called, chatted online on your chat and sent an email and still havent gotten any further information 24 hours later. I dont even know if I will get those parts. I bought this grill mainly because I was throwing a birthday party today and wanted to invite my guests barbeque, which sadly failed :-(

Never ever again! I bought a bed with delivery, I assume it would be delivered to my apartment. No, they deliver only to the door. I was left by the entrance with my box mattress 160x200. I asked to just help me to the elevator- got a rude “no” to the face. I asked if I can borrow their trolley”no” again. Lady in the customer service was rude and pretended not to speak English, she only understood danish. She told me to shut up and no problem, they will take it back to the warehouse if I can’t move it in to my apartment. Very rude and not customer oriented and want to rip you off: for 400 dkk they would help me to push it through the hall to the elevator ( 5 meters away from entrance)!!! Disgusting service and attitude! Don’t use them!
