They are a scam! I payed for a product, which was not available in their stock. They don't bother to respond to my mail. I'll never visit this site ever again!
Excerpt from the only mail I got from them:

Thank you for choosing our company.
Unfortunately the spare part that you have ordered HELLA 5DR 004 241-041 is not available in our stock."
Since bildelaronline24 never cared to answer, I had to buy the part elsewhere. Now they shipped the part they said they never had. Still no answer to any of my mail. I don't want the part, wasted 45 Euro and a week for nothing.
Hope you choke on it.
This company communicates only here on Trustpilot, never on regular e-mail.
All this badwill could have been avoided with one simple answer to my mail. What is wrong with you?

I ordered a few parts to repair my vehicle. However it turned out that "Bildelaronline24" accidently sent one part which was not what I had ordered. I ordered "base headligth right nr. 0646462", and they sent "base headlight left nr. 0646461" which I have obviously no use for. I initially sent an email with several pictures of everything I ordered and and a clear description of the problem.
Their "customer support", sent few annoying and pointless emails where they keep asking questions about my vehicle and wheter there are any marks on the part or if I have fitted the part. Question obviously pointless to ask if they bothered to read my first email.
Their so called "offer" (attached below) after all emails sent is that I get NO refund for the faulty part sent, however I get to keep it. This is obviously pointless as I don't need the part. They will however pay for shipping if I order the same part again which I woild have to pay for This will then cost me roughly 200 SEK more that it should have initially pay.
If you order from this company, please note that if anything goes wrong, they will try everything they can to avoid havinging to correct it, even if i means a redicilous cost for them. Their policy (and I base this also on previous experince) is to never be helpful to the customer unless it is absolutely necessary, and try to make you to accept whatever the problem is by being extreemly unhelpful and simply wearing you out.

Searched by my cars reg.nr. and got suggestions on the product I needed.
You see the confirmation on top of the website and you expect it to be worth something.
After waiting one week for the product, it didn't fit. This company now expects me to pay 250 SEK to send back a product that cost 265 SEK when the obvious mistake was on their side.
Horrible experience with this company. Would definitely not recommend to anyone...

Jag beställde en ABS senor från bildelaronline24. Jag slog in både mitt reg nr samt sökte med sensorns Oenr. Trots det fick jag hem en sensor med fel motstånd. När jag mailade ang byte av vara så fick jag detta som svar.

We want to inform you that it can take up to 8 weeks (sometimes even longer) before it can be resolved.
In order to begin your warranty claim, we need further information:
1) Complete the attached warranty form (see attached file) in full so that your warranty claim can come into effect.
2) It is mandatory to enter the mileage when assembling your spare part.
Please enter the date when it occurred, also enter the assembly and disassembly date.
3) Please provide the following information about your car: manufacturer, model, engine volume, how many horsepower the car has, as well as the chassis number and the vehicle's date of manufacture.
3) Explain to us in detail what has broken or what is defective.
4) Please send a copy of the completed warranty form.
5) Please send pictures of the box / boxes you have received, as well as pictures of the white and gray labels. Also attach the invoice.
6) Send pictures of your defective spare parts / spare parts if possible.
You can also send a video showing what's wrong with your spare part.
Note! The spare part must be fully visible on the pictures / videos!
7) If you have had extra costs, send photos to the invoice / receipt from the workshop.
