My boyfriend gave me a bike from this shop and was wonderful, but unfortunately somebody stole it, so i bought another one, exactly the same. A few days after i received a destroy bike, with the basket broken, a rusty handlebar and the bagasjebrett peeling paint, very bending with the back light looking to the floor.
I write them and they sent me a new basket and also a offer of 300 kr to fix the bagasjebrett myself:/.
About the rusty nothing. I was waiting a month for an answer and they didn't , until i wrote a new mail asking for to return the bike and have my money back.
The name of the person was NIKLAS and NEVER apologized for all the problems i had with that bike. I am pretty sure if they say SORRY just one time i am not writing this review now. But not even able to say that.

I have shopped a large number of times from Bikeshop.no. They have steadily improved on their service. They have a very good range of products at a price level that is better than any domestic retailer I am aware of. They are service minded if contacted by phone. Their delivery could and should be faster, typically taking 1-2 weeks. The estimated delivery times for out of stock items (or "in suppliers stock") are inaccurate and you risk delaying your shipment if orders include such items, so double check before placing order.
