Bikereplacement Reviews

I had to use these guys as it was an insurance claim for a stolen bike.
My problems are as follows

1. I was told all accessories were going to be fitted, they weren't
2. The tread that holds the pedal in place become worn and broke on my second time of using the bike.

My real complaint is how they dealt with the problem with the peddle.
They refused point blank to accept it could be a manufacturing fault and wanted me to pay for a whole new gear set...

Several emails later I got nowhere, I had to take it to my insurance company and they eventually agreed to pay for the replacement.

I recommend that if your insurance company suggests these guys, you take a alternative.
