I placer an order at bikeinn, alone on the lige Price and the fast delivery. But o boy have i regretted that. Now 1,5 weeks after the sceduled delivery, i still have not recieved my order, and i am now even sure that it have been shipped yet. And the Company is Not answering any of my messages on their page.
And atop of that, i cant find any Way of cancelling my order now
Really crappy shop. I Will definately not recommend Them to anyone

I have to admit, I was initially reluctant to order from these because of some bad reviews, but decided to chance it when the cycling shorts I wanted were over £30 cheaper than elsewhere.
I ordered late on a Wednesday evening, and within a couple of hours got an email to say my item had been dispatched, and there was a link to show me a picture of the package.
I then received it the following Monday morning (I’m in the U.K.) which was earlier than promised, so just over 4 days in total, including the weekend. The shorts were perfect condition and as described.
Totally satisfied with my order, and will happily use them again.

Great price but bad shipping
I found their productrange to be good and the same with their prices.
However, they estimated my products to be delivered between 23rd and 26th of September and I still haven't received them. Today it has been two weeks since I ordered the items.
I doubt that I will order goods from the company again since I do prefer fast delivery at a reasonable price.

I bought a GPS for use in Australia from a website that had an Australian flag on the top and the unit was advertised in Australian Dollars. I was thus surprised to find the unit came from Spain and had Western European maps and no Australian Maps. Thus the unit is not suitable for use in Australia unless you pay, almost the cost of the unit itself, to buy the Australian maps. When I complained the company advised it said in the fine print the unit would have European maps, and thus not suitable for use in Australia!
Be aware this company trades under numerous names, like TradeInn, RunnInn, BikeInn, DiveInn, DressInn etc.

I order some bags from this shop. Delivery time is 17 days, but the fact I was waiting for 34 days. I am still enjoining my waiting time. May be next year. Their delivery partner is crazy but Bikeinn is also same when they did nothing to change my waiting time.
Never pay any cent for this shop. Sure.

I bought a Lexyne Max rear light from bikeiNN. It came reasonable promptly, worked beautifully for two weeks then "gave up the ghost".
No matter how hard I try I cannot contact bikeiNN to return the light or even to complain.
Can anyone help me?

To be honest some of these bad reviews are confusing . I have spent a great deal of money with this company over the last year and I live in Canada . I have had nothing but great service and pricing from Bikeinn . Tradeinn is a big company with many departments and a warehouse that must be huge run by humans that are prone to making mistakes . To address some of these bad reviews . It appears the problems begin in some cases after the item leaves Bikeinn hands . One thing I have learned in my experience is never use the postal system for international shipping even with tracking , all that does is tell you what country the package got lost in . You could pay extra for 3 day or overnite shipping and that's if it is even offered which it often is not at a huge price though that most wont pay obviously . The estimated delivery times do not apply to international postal deliveries using the level of service provided at checkout , not by a long shot . The other choice offered by Bikeinn is DHL the one that I always use . Cheap shipping but a company that needs its own review . I have always got my package but almost always some confusion when it hits my country . One time they put another label overtop the address label , lucky I got the item . Their problem as it applies to my country is they use a third party delivery service with a weak line of communication with DHL but he shows up eventually . But will use everytime over the postal system , many lost packages out there with my name on it and tracking that goes with them . Bikeinn should think about offering Fedex or better UPS at least as an option . Now Bikeinn did respond to a lot of the bad comments but don't appear to be typed by these humans I mentioned but could just come down to Spanish being translated to English . In the end a response followed up by service promised is and should be the goal . I am waiting on an important item at the time of this review so lets see if my luck continues ...UPDATE .. Sorry for this long review but it about to get longer , too long for most I know..Package just arrived from Loomis [ third party shipper ] Well within the estimated delivery times shown on the Bikeinn site and no confusion or hassle but had an interesting conversation with the driver . Apparently he says that even though I pay the duty and taxes on the DHL web site , which is great by the way and matched only by the UPS site , and check the no signature box DHL does not notify the drivers , well there you go . Another reason for more options at checkout . As far as Bikeinn is concerned the item came as ordered and fits perfectly although its scary buying a helmet , box feels empty . Bikeinn until further notice has a customer for life ..

I didn't realise this was an international company. It wasn't made clear at checkout or on their website. I've saved just £2 buying from this company over a week and I'm still waiting for my product, it'll not he here till Monday at the soonest (Friday at time of review) Should have used my usual parts supplier and paid the £2 extra I thought I was saving for next day delivery. But the customer service was fast and polite when I questioned the time it had taken

Package not delivered. Lost somewhere on the way. Did not get my money back beacuse they need to investigate for 3 weeks. Will never shop from them again.
Update: order number 14474798. Should have arrived 2019-09-09. I dont need the item anymore because its to late now. It was a tool for a bike repair and I bought it elswere so I can get to work. I want my money back.

absolute zero service/after service. did order 2 WTB tyres,package came in,but only 1 tyre in the box. ! payed for 2. a nightmare to get in contact with them,on the phone after a long wait,only a "sorry to hear"and that I have to wait up till 5 days till somebody from customer service will contact me ! so far no contact ! don't buy from this company ever again.
if the order list says 2 tyres,and you only put 1 in,than you are busy ripping people off ! this will go on social media too,people need to know what a bad service Bikeinn provides and that they don't put any effort in to resolve the problem.

The prices are great, however the processing and dispatch is slower than snail pace. If you want it in a hurry don't order here (e.g. 2 weeks after order and it has still not even left the origin country), if you want the best price and are not in a rush then order it here.

Parcel never arrived (order #14589674). Delivery was supposed to be 5 days, its been over 2 weeks and no sign of it. Tracking information does not work. Tried to cancel order but heard nothing back. They do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails. 683 euros spent and nothing to show for it. I am disgusted, this is the worst company I have ever come across. Trying to recover my money through PayPal.

This company RIPPED me off. Paid for but never received (!) Time Trial shoe covers and gloves. The delivery day came and went, I questioned where my items were and I told them just to CANCEL everything. All of a sudden I get another Email like a new order was put through (after the first delivery date?). I have communicated several times, they just tell you to keep looking for the package and then they PROMISE but LIE that they will follow up with the tracking/courier company. I still have received NOTHING yet got charged/robbed (!) of $112 I get an Email saying my File has been CLOSED. Wow, take my money!!!

Bought and was charged for a pair of Sidi Drako2 shoes. In shipping, it said it was delivered but never to me and then when you call, no matter what time of the business day, they do not answer. All they will do is send out a email saying they are working on issue and will get to me in a few weeks. Unacceptable and so I am disputing charges thru my credit card company. I would stay away from using this company, go thru amazon or your local bike shop!

Having seeing the bad feed back i was in two minds to buy . but after reading at lot of the reviews the people having problems with deliveries are the people outside of the EU
i live in the uk. and thought i would give it a go . i payed with paypal and as you know lot easier to get your money back if something dont go right
i ordered my stuff and got email three days later to say its been dispatched with tracking four days later i get my order no problems at all and saved myself £32.00 with buying from bikeinn i would definitely use them again

YOU MAY SAVE A FEW DOLLARS WITH THIS COMPANY, BUT THE SLOW SHIPPING WILL MAKE YOU WISH YOU PAID RETAIL FOR TIMELY DELIVERY.
This company has ridiculously slow shipping and makes no effort to change its practices. The quoted delivery dates are misquoted with no intent on actually meeting those dates.
Order#14512695 placed on 9-5-19. I received a nice email quoting a delivery date between 9-13 to 9-16. The shipping label wasn’t even generated until 9-12 and the package wasn’t taken to the carrier until 9-19. Obviously, with international shipping to the U.S. the package had not been received as of yet. Today is 9-20-19.

Yes, I am unhappy with your service. It is now 9-24-19 and I have still not received the package that was ordered on 9-5-19. Why bother even quoting a delivery time if you guys know you won’t be able to meet it. And you do know because the package wasn’t even scanned by the carrier until 9-19, well past your “estimated delivery date” of between 9-13 and 9-16. Deception to close the sale. That is the only reason BikeInn quotes false delivery dates.
BikeInn states, “You can always track your package and modify the delivery through the link that we send according to the chosen carrier.” What a ridiculous statement with little to no meaning? When I try to track a package half of the time the site just freezes up. It’s probably due to all the customers you’ve fooled attempting to track their packages. Your site doesn’t have enough bandwidth to help cover your greedy lies. And what does “modify the delivery” mean. Are you insinuating that we can somehow speed up our order?? Ridiculous.
And to your final statement, the only thing I understand is that your company exhibits shady business practices that may fool smart customers only once. I won’t purchase from you again.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. When I did get a reply to an e-mail they were sending me to another portion of the site to have my questions answered. Answered my question twice, not a single reply. Email customer service no reply. Have a local 604 number and another number in the US, called both. No reply. It's like customer service doesn't even exist. I emailed them at their support email directly after submitting my order to give them a different shipping address, as this was not an option on the online order form. Ignored and sent to the address I did not want it shipped to overall incredibly painful experience. I agree with all of the others on this site to save your money and order elsewhere.

I ordered a bike seat for my baby on June 6th. It is now 2 months later. There has been no delivery. Bike Inn will not help me or deal with the situation. They simply ask for the order number repetitively and then send automated replies. They have taken over 120 US dollars of my money with no product and absolutely no customer care. I strongly advise their actions seem very fraudulent.

great experience with bikeinn and tradeinn. in two instances, i ordered products from the suite of companies that weren't carried anywhere else. i got both items (shoes and panniers) in perfect condition. tracking information was accurate and good. the items took a bit because they shipped internationally, but that made the price all the better. highly recommend.

This was my second purchase from BikeInn. The first one was great. My 2nd purchase has a power adapter which came with a European plug for Canada. I put in a claim and was told that the European plug was the correct one for Canada. After asking again, was sent a link to return it and they would refund my money. This was a $1000 purchase. I'm not going to ship it back because of a $30 part or wait weeks until the correct adapter is sent back. I'll figure something out myself Quite disappointed on how this is turning out.
