Bought a jacket from them in their sale. They were very helpful with my questions before I made my purchase and then delivered the jacket 4 working days later. The jacket was as described and the whole experience was positive. I would use them again for sure.

Slower shipment than promised (10 days instead of 4) and no answer from the customer service when trying to reach them.

OK, e-mail then... Radio silence, never had an answer, even after my shipment arrived...
Parts have a great quality/price ratio... but I hope my second order won't meet the same customer service.

There was a little issue with delivery times but the communication from them (mainly Stefan) was really good.

There was a point I was annoyed and I sent an angry email but Stefan dealt with my issue so well I now feel this 5* review is very mush deserved

Decent range and price but shipping is a nightmare. I get there’s significant shipping delays due to COVID but every other online bike shop I’ve ordered from is delivering in less than a week. Been 4 weeks since my order with Bike24, DHL tracking shows it hasn’t moved from Frankfurt in over 2 weeks. Contacted DHL they tell me to contact Bike24, bike24 tell me to contact the local shipping agent in Singapore but there is no tracking number for the local agent so useless, after numerous emails and calls to DHL and Bike24, bike24 eventually responded that delivery could take upto 6 weeks and to be patient! Absolutely not what it states on the shipping time when you make the purchase. No offer to refund the shipping, no offer to cancel the order and refund the purchase, just the standard email if ‘it’s not our fault, be patient’..... bought a bike from Canyon, 2 days delivery from Germany to Singapore, bought parts for other bikes from CRC, Evans, Bikebug, Pushys, all delivered in under a week. How can Bike24 be 6 weeks. If there’s an issue you won’t get your money back or any empathy from the ‘customer service’, be aware before purchase, not good.

Great shopping experience...recently they introduced the Price Guarantee feature, which makes them even more economic.

For bike stuff this is the best online shop in my experience. I would by a lot more here if it they had a another delivery partner. All other online shops deliver to a pick up place near your home in Stockholm. Not DHL. They have only one place far from my home open only office hours. They can do home deliverys only office hours.
Bike 24 deserves a desent delivery partner.

Purchased a DT Swiss H 1900 Spline 27.5" / 35mm Wheelset - 6 Bolt from Bike24 some time ago. A good quality staff for good money and very fast delivery. Now I've ordered a Uvex sportstyle 202 race vm - black / variomatic litemirror blue - Glasses. Let us look how this order goes

Saw an item that was marked as out of stock, but could still be added to cart. Weird, did not risk it as I was in a rush.

I ordered some bike parts. Even in this Corona times, they delivered it very fast. But unfortunately DPD broke the package and lost the wheel axle on the way. I wrote to customer service, gave them pictures with the incident report from DPD and they are sending me the missing part again.

I bought a kit using a quick order, so I didn’t sign in. My credit card was billed a month ago. I wrote several times on their web site field, explaining my doubts, asking for an order confirmation, but they simply don’t give a sh%£ to my requirement. So far I was stollen from them, until they give me a proper answer.
