Very fair prizing, but nothing else is positive. Very slow reply to inquiries if any at all. I bought a pair of challenge tubeless ready tyres. They couldnt hold air at home bit tried to wait for the first ride to see if they settled. But on the first ride had four flats in an hour. Clearly a faulty production.I had to stop the ride and buy new Panaracers at the bikeshop (which works excellent). I had to throw them challenges out, filled with latex and mud i could not carry them home. Bike discount.de says they havent heard about any trouble with the Challenges and told me to send them in.... Not really possible if you have seen a tubeless tyre with latex and mud and who would pay for the shipping... Since i could not send the in they havent replied since. Really bad experience. I ordered Race Face Protector shirt on 29th of July among some brake pads and tubes. First it took 3 days from order until the package was ready to be shipped. When the order finally arrived the package was very small and when I opened it it turned out that the Protector shirt had been delivered without the protective foam for both shoulders and spine. No wonder the package was small.
I sent them an inquiry and explained that the foam was missing. The inquiry contained a photos of the shirt and the package. I got an confirmation e-mail where it was informed that it might take 2 - 5 working days to process the inquiry. Now full 6 working days has passed and no answer yet. Actually I don't expect an answer and I have to live with loosing the 105 Euros plus what I paid for shipping, customs clearance in Iceland and the 24% Icelandic VAT paid on everything according to the invoice from Bike-Discount.
Please do your self a favor and stay away from Bike-Discount!

I’ve had two faultless purchases from them now. Can’t say that I’ve had to query anything but things to note were; specialist parts were available for purchase and in stock, cheap, free delivery, quick delivery, well established courier service and finally... quicker to follow through than nine out of ten (roughly) bike companies in the UK that I have used (and this one is delivery from Germany). I have four bikes and they’ve all been rebuilt / modified substantially. I’m confident to use them again and would recommend them to a friend! Thanks B-D.de

Very poor, item(s) were showing correct in my order confirmation email but they sent incorrect size? (also invoiced incorrect size so order confirmation email & invoice do not match!). Poor customer service a sort of 'That is what you ordered' kind of thing' (only it wasn't!). No apology & should have at least offered to refund my DHL shipping costs in my view as the error was 100% their fault. Won't use this company again, much better options out there...

The package shipped with DHL is travelling in Germany.. shipping to Sarrebruck... then Sehlem.. Sarrebruck again... Sehlem again. not going to the right country after many days.
I have notified the customer service for that as soon I have detected the issue... they are sorry.. but not more information.. have to accept.. just have to pray to have my money back now.

I needed a bike lock which I got at a great price in rapid time! I've been looking for an Abus chain lock and Bike-Discount.de were great! Not only did they have the cheapest price online but the lock was in stock, it is an original brand new product and was delivered in rapid time, perfectly packed. Here is a fail story of quality, brands, warranties and lost expectations for everybody to be aware.
When we talk about popular brands VS china suppliers, usually we choose paying more to have less pain later. But that doesn’t work with some brands. Hereinafter you’ll se why I’m so pessimistic.
I've bought my Cube Elite Super HPC carbon frame from Bike-discount.de early 2016.
01.02.2016 - my Cube Elite Super HPC carbon frame arrived (WOW 09731 K L 0814 M EN 114766)
13.04.2017 - after a year of riding once I washed my bike and found that sad picture (photos) the long creaking chink appeared from under the dust
13.04.2017 (same day) - a request was send to Bike-discount customer service then one more request next day

Which meant that they have found wore signs at the TOP TUBE and at their point that caused failure of the DOWN TUBE.

- Good afternoon! This was a time to wait. But I did not expect such a resolution. Cosmetic abrasion of the top frame coating is due to the bicycle storage at home on the ICE TOOLZ P633 mount purchased at bike-discount.de (photo attached). It was slightly moving in the V-shaped hooks and the painting wear off a bit. This frame was never clamped in a vice after buying at bike discount, since I assembled it myself at home just on the floor, was also never transported by car in clamps only on a train in a case and I was carrying it myself, so there is NO option of inaccurate treatment with other variant is not possible even theoretically if we take into account the shape of the cross section of the upper tube, which has ribs projecting in the horizontal direction. Such a crack can be specially obtained only if a vertical force is applied along the lower part of the tube, but even specifically this task is non-trivial. I think you just do not want to recognize design fault

It looks like everyone wants to make joke of me. What devices you talking about. I'm a mechanical engineer, and working with frames of different materials. Carbon frames are handmade, somebody put less material on my frame and put a carbon fiber sheet with failure or without overlap and that shi#$ frame i got from you then. What devices could prove or refute problem with cheap Chinese manufacturing? Don't think i'm a stupid dumb. You just need to say, that Cube has no warranty at all. 3 years, 5 years - that's a lie. I'm pis#ed off. First you ignored my letters, than tried to ensure me that i broke my frame. Then i send you a frame and it was pending in the post office for a month and you weren't very interested in processing it. Then this pending with cube. And finally this come-off from cube and you. Nobody would care for rights. Cycling season is ruined plus i'm feeling like a piece of sh#t after this customer experience. etc
I don't know, what to say. My advice - don't trust warranty from Cube

Basically the same negative experience as some of the other users here. Prices were too good to pass up, but package was never delivered to my home in the UK - somehow ended up being sent back to Germany even though I never received any delivery notice (shipper was DPD). Took 5 emails to get a response from BikeDiscount saying they will re-send when they get it. That was last week, and have heard nothing since. Total waste of time and the small amount of money saved (assuming I do eventually receive my shipment) was not worth it. I will be avoiding this store in the future.

After some successful transactions with Bike Discount I had to return an item with the purpose of receiving a refund. I followed their own procedures to the letter and sent them the item. Unfortunately the courier attempted to deliver the item out of hours so the item has been retained ever since at the local Deutsche Post office. BD have refused to make the effort to go and collect the item and are now adopting the totally unprofessional approach of ignoring my emails. I am almost €300 out of pocket and don’t have the item either.
Avoid doing business with them they have no shame in ripping you off.

The package arrived with big holes in it and one of the product inside was damaged due to poor packaging.
I immediately reported te problem with pictures and despite several other emails to the customer service I haven't heard back in 15 days!!!
Low prices and useless customer service, they just don't care.

Didn't send a shifter with the group set I ordered, emailed about it 4 weeks ago & took them 7 days to respond. Emailed again 2 weeks ago & no response yet. I had to pay £100 for a replacement shifter in the mean time. I would strongly recommend not ordering from this company, communication is awful & they don't send items you paid for, then ignore you. I'm now £100 out of pocket.

Beware!!! Based on my experience. Out of 3 orders in 1 Year. 1 is totally screwed up. I recommend You only place an order with pre payment for amounts that You are willing to loose. When they make a mistake, it appears, they have no interest in communicating with the Customer. Here is my story. Ordered a rack for the bike with carrier bags. Asked customer support, to verify if it will fit my bike. Giving all the details. They confirmed yes it will work. The rack arrives. It does not fit. I contact them on several channels. No answer in 3 days. I included in my note, the fact, that they falsely advertise items on their site. Like I have got bike bags in the same order with incorrect capacities compared to the website.
All I have asked, is to let me know what are my options, after all I have attached the verification letter from their support to this particular rack. No answer in 3 days. Conclusion, Whenever You try to get any info from them other then a claim on their mistake, You get an almost immediate response. To me this is a simple RIP OFF business. Very disapointing to have yet an other „German” company doing business like this.
Understand me well. This was fortunately not a large value order. I would not be seeking for further remedy, other than saying: „Sorry, we messed up.” We are all humans, this can happen right. No issue with that for me. So just be careful with them...

Got my bike after 5 days in good condition, which were perfect. The bike was delivered by DHL between 8-16 o'clock, so I had to take a day off work, which was annoying. I also ordered some parts, which came three days later, which also were annoying. But overall a good impression.

Absolutely no problems. Website was very clear so it was easy to select the compatible parts I needed. Delivery to the UK was free and I could track every stage, and then nominate a neighbour for it to be left with because I wasn't home - came in a week. Best price I could find on the internet, very pleased.

3* Service: for the situation that I had when the bike arrived. It had scratches on frame and was badly bundled together. It was a bit hard to find a common solution with the seller. At the end of the day, we found a solution what was OK for both of us...
5* Bike Radon Cragger: I waited 2 weeks before the bike was had ower to shipping service. Then I waited for 1 week to arrive in Estonia.
Soo... I have been driven with this bike 300 km within one week. I went hiking with Continental Double Fighter III tires. I will use original tires on snow because they are very soft.
First I thought that this bike is too downhill for hiking... And it will be a bad idea. It takes a bit time to get comfortable with the position on the bike. But I found that it is a great bike also for hiking. I am 178cm and 79 kg, M size (18) frame is perfect. It will not make your body tired and will not make your back for pain.
What I will do with it? Go to the shop to buy milk and bread, go hiking, go to trail, go to the forest, go to downhill, make tricks in the city. I will enjoy this commodity and take 100% out of this thing.
Dropper post. Fantastic thing!!!
Brakes: Strong and very good. I like the magnetic system. Great idea!
Frame: I like the design and colors. 7 series aluminum is strong and reliable. Also, it has a conehead.
Fork: Works great, has the oil inside like it and they do their job very well.
Gearbox: I have had no problems with them. Also with 1x11 when backward pedaling it does not start to make any bad tricks...
29": Does not feel like a big heavy bike at all. It is good to maneuver with it.
Saddle: Bit too hard for my skinny butt.
Wheels: Light, ready for tubeless.
Overall: My first real enduro/trail bike. Before Cragger I had a budget bike. You will get more for the money than you can get from your local bicycle shop. Shure for that! In my opinion, this bike can be a great hit for manufacture and reseller. It is a reliable thing with great components.
