My book bag kept emptying when I tried to add multiple books. I ended up having to get information individually for each book. And, even then, sometime the book would mysteriously disappear. It was incredibly frustrating, taking many hours to complete the task I was engaged in. I tried to trouble shoot based on information from the website confirming that cookies were turned on, I used three different web browsers - but nothing fixed the problem.

This site is a lifesaver! I have used this to rent my texts for 3 yrs now and the texts have always been the correct ones. Buying from the campus bookstore is such a waste!

So, I was hesitant about the site but checked it out because a colleague recommended it. As a graduate student, getting books fast and cheap is integral to my semester survival. Needless to say, BigWords has definitely earned space in my higher education survival-guide.

this website damn near robbed me, they take comparisons of low quality books from mainstream publishers and sell off their trash. two of the 3 books I ordered came in two weeks later than they were supposed to and were falling apart by the bind. DO NOT use them unless you want to deal with trash all semester. why not just go to publisher website instead of paying a fee for them to middle man them.

At first site, y'all answered my prayers! Once I figured out the system it was pretty easy until I began second guessing my best options, rent or buy or both. That's where I got a little peeved, the app I used on Android was sooo super slow with everything. I then jumped to my laptop to see if that fixed the delays but nope, I went in circles forever. When I finally placed my order, minus a book, the program for the vendor I chose sat in a cycle after payment. I did not want to hit anything to lose all my hard work so I let it be for more than an hour. Finally shut it down and reopened the vendor program. It took another several hours verifying my payment in a three step process which was aggravating.

I see them make a running start as I input the list of books I want. And then they leap and I see the said books become real books landing at my feet. I look up and BIGWORDS.com is waving at me while a tear rolls down my face and I hug my books. A beautiful performance.

I've used BIGWORDS.com for 3 semesters now, beginning fall of 2015. Initially, I was quite impressed! It saved me a lot of time and dollars throughout the school year. This semester, though, I was let down. A few of my seven textbooks were listed at the best price available, but overall I found better prices and coupons on my own. Despite this, I'd still recommend the site to others. It's a good, quick way to round up all of one's textbooks in one easy shot.

Sometimes chegg is the cheaper option to rent a textbook or sometimes it's bookbye, or barnes and noble, or amazon, etc. But this site allows you to see which book is the cheapest out of every textbook provider which is super useful. I saved a lot of money using bigwords since I choose the cheapest provider for each of my textbooks.
