Clearly stated in their own ToS: "The License Key of each product are delivered to us via our Vendors via digital delivery. All COA (Certificates of Authenticity) is delivered to us separately of the license key. If you require the COA with your license key purchase you MUST request for it via our support system for the physical copy of COA, a shipping fee will apply for each request.

While MS did validate the 1 key we purchased as a test, they do NOT supply the CoA, despite having this clearly stated, and are therefore suspect of piracy and licensing violations.

A subsequent order of 20 units was cancelled without contact, notice, or follow up. We have tracked this to the parent company (DestinedDesign), and discovered that they are flogging the same products through multiple websites (toryburchtogo.com, BESTSALESOFT.COM, BIGSMARTSOFT.COM, THEKEY247.COM), all with the same ToS and contact information.

When attempting to contact them, you are frequently dumped into a voice mail that is never answered, and the "admin" email listed has yet to render any replies. If you do get them on the phone, they claim no direct involvement with any of the website(s), and have to "refer it to the owner" using the same email that we have yet to get a response from.

I purchased and installed Windows 7 Pro, and found the process to be very straight forward and easy to accomplish. You will not get a better price anywhere!
