I contacted the store to hook-up my home theater system to other components that I have. I explained to the sales person what I was looking to do and the components I wanted to hook-up. His replay yes that is a front end installation and he can do that. He than asked how I wanted to pay for the service, which was $175.00.
I made an appointment a qualified technician (?) who came out looked at the system and started trying to connect. In my original request to Big Screen Store (BSS) (via email) I told them I wanted someone who knew what they were doing. Well, to say the least, the technician could not do the job. He kept calling back to the store asking how to do something. The bottom line, the system is not working,BSS is suppose to come back tonight 1/9/2021 and try again. The lesson to lean here is not pay up front for service call until you are completely satisfied and system working. There has been some back and forth conversation with the BSS about work varification and taking picture. I would advise not to let anybody take picture of the interior of your home. Opps! one last thing, pay by credit card so you can get a refund if need be. Hope this helps.
