Honestly beyond from some bad reviews I read for this company. Me personally have exceptional great service from them.
First thing: I have some requests and all are granted
2. Their contact support is very welcome to answer all my questions and requests , thank you to Mike , special mention.
3. This company has very fast transaction and service . From US to UAE it took only 4 days to delivered the item at very low rate of shipping fee.
4. And lastly the bear is really g00d quality so fluffy and soft.. same what they are posted in the ads.. I wish I got the 6ft but they are out of stock. I definitely order again with this company.
This company should need more advertised coz me , as my experience with them is really great service and products. thank you big Plush!

Amazing! I work in the prop department on network tv shows and we found exactly what we needed in the vast collection of giant stuffed animals. Mike informed me that they can custom make pretty much any plushie with a quick turnaround, which is perfect for us because we always need custom made props with no time to spare!

I ordered a pink poodle for a dog adoption event. A pink pig arrived. And, although i had created a Plan B (this is really a dog wearing a pink pig Halloween costume) I called Big Plush to let them know of the error.
THEY WERE AWESOME!!!! Very apologetic and sent me a brown and white dog in time for my dog adoption event.

I ordered a bear for Christmas with plenty of time for shipping - 4 weeks. I received the bear three days before Christmas in what can only be described as packaging remnants. It was the wrong bear. Christmas ruined. I called to get this resolved - or get a refund. Spoke to a nice person in customer service but that was the last communication. 2 months later and I still don't have the right bear. I was told to keep the wrong bear (gave it to Goodwill). No one answers the phone and no one replies to email. This company is HORRIBLE! Avoid them and order from someone else.

my boyfriend bought me this, and I want to cry over how bad he got scammed and I feel AWFUL. The shipping took about 3 weeks (which seriously was seriously sad I always get U.S. packages within a week), and once I got the bear, it came in a shady package like it'd been thrown around a million times. The bear feels god awful and itches my skin, and it makes my stomach twist and turn because he spent about 120 on this piece of s*** company. It makes me furious - end note, DONT BUY. ITS SUCH A SCAM.

They do not respond to emails or calls/voicemails. I was trying to get a replacement for a gorilla and he sent me something smaller but i never wanted one smaller with different material than the one i actually paid for, The person on the phone said that he will work with me until i am satisfied but completely ignores everything.

Alot of issues. I ordered on the 2nd. Should have got by the 10th. Didn't receive until the 18th after several calls. After several excuse I was promised additional items for my daughter's ruined birthday. And now I am getting no response form email etc.
Mike was very nice and professional seeming, but after messing up an order several days in a row, whatever promises that are made should be kept.
I've sent another email out today hoping it's a real email since I have never got a repose before.. Fingers crossed..
Side note. Customer service seems nice. Bear is very nice but the several different issues don't make up for late birthday present and broken promises.
If what was promised was kept, the only issue would be the late shipping. Hopefully can be resolved so I can come back with a much better review since products do deserve a better rating

I’m not a huge fan of posting reviews but I feel that this is my last resort for a resolution. I had placed my order for a bear on April 26th. It is now July 13th. I’ve called, left messages, and emailed multiple times with no response. At this point in time I just want my $126.00 back. The sad part is I’ve used this company multiple times in the past 4 years and I’ve always had a good experience with them. I’m super disappointed and will not be a returning customer after this experience.

They will send you a horrible itchy not at all plush teddy bear that shedds it's nasty hair all over the place. Called to complain and they said they'll gladly send me a new one, it never came and that phone number got disconnected.

I ordered my custom bear from big plush and had it sent to my girlfriends house in Vegas. the order was delivered on time but when my girlfriend got home the package was stolen. and the package had to be a 5' box so it shouldn't have been an easy grab and run. But it was stolen off the property. Filed a claim but FedEx sent out a letter basically giving me the finger. contacted big plush and the guy resent my order FREE of charge and made it so signature was required this time.
Overall, the service exceeded my expectations easily. Nice people and I'm sure my girl will be jumping with joy.

Site not updating me on my order, neither by email or am I receiving an email reply. I am from the UK and Ive ordered this for a friend in the US, and I'm worried I've been scammed because the bear I ordered has now been removed from the available to buy list.

You people are f....... terrible as well as huge liars. You said the product would be delivered by 5/21 then I called numerous times on the 28th until I spoke with someone because you would not return my calls and emails. This liar said the product would be shipped that day and expedited for a 2 day delivery. The package had not been received so I checked the tracking number on the 31st of May and UPS only stated that a label had been created and no package had been shipped so I called again. Of course no response from this garbage company and then I get an email saying it had just been shipped today and would arrive on the 8th. I will do everything I can so that you never get any business from anyone that I encounter so they never use your piece of s... company. Lies,Lies,Lies…. You turned what was supposed to be a nice gesture into terrible experience. I can’t wait until you go out of business.

Does not respond to emails. Claims quick shipping and here I am coming up on a month now with no product in hand. Thanks for ruining what should have been a good thing. Terrible customer service would not recommend this company of unprofessionals to anyone.

I had a nice conversation with the owner. He explained the situation and took full responsibility for all issues and have put plans in place to ensure this never happens again. Anyone that takes full ownership of the issue without placing blame elsewhere is worth giving another chance. I will order again from this company.
I ordered an item April 30. It is now May 15 and my order states "awaiting fulfillment". Great news since I needed the item for a special occasion. Website provides two numbers and states calls will be returned within 24 hours. This is very unreasonable since one of the numbers rings forever, but does not connect. A recorded message states this person is unavailable and try again later. The other number will not even ring. Appears their criteria for great customer service with a 24 hour call back policy is if we did not receive a message, then no call back required, so we met our customer service goals. Quickly pat ourselves on the back for job well done and bonus for customer service. Again website states all emails will be answered within 24 hours, yet no one responds to emails. If only one customer realizes they do not respond to emails, then no big deal, their secret of providing great customer remains intact. Horrible company. I attempted to cancel my order, but the only way is via phone or email. I think my order will remain in "awaiting fulfillment" for quite some time. I have no idea of the quality of the item, because I am unable to receive one. Sure there are many more reputable companies that would enjoy the business.

I’ve been waiting for almost a week for the teddy bear, they created a label but waiting on item to be shipped... I’m still waiting on my bear from my hubby that’s who in the military who thought it would be adorable get me marines bear... Bad quality of getting them and waste of money.. If you guys get it done, no wonder why nobody want to buy it off from you guys. If you guys want your customers to be happy then do it right instead of waiting on something for it. You’ll guys will make tons of money if you make your customers happy instead of being late for the gift or etc.

This company is horrible and are LIARS! I placed my order an it took over a week for them to ship it, so I decided to call them and I was told the reason my order wasnt shipping was because of an incident with a new employee or something like that. The man gave me his phone number and told me to call once it arrived just to make sure everything went smoothly. They shipped it out immediately the same and it arrived very quickly. Just like there website promises. But then I get the bear and it doesnt look like the exact bear in the picture. From customer pictures they all received that amazing big fat bear in the picture on website. I didnt. The bears legs were on backwards and was poorly stuffed. The description promises a fully stuffed bear. So I called the phone number of the man I spoke to previously and he told me there system was down and to send him a email and He will call me in a few hours and quickly respond. I sent him the email like he asked. Well that was a week ago! No response or call back. So I called again today. And the system is down and he said it would be up in a few hours and to just send him and email. He said itd be up in a few hours last time but that was last week. Plus he never responded to my email. Horrible company! All I wanted was a big giant teedy bear like in the picture. I wanted the exact bear in the photo like other customers had. I wanted to exchange it but I cant because "the system is down" Stay away from these people. I waited over a week for my bear to arrive. I waited a week for a response to my exchange that Im not going to get and now im going to be stuck with this ugly bear. Unacceptable. I wasted $100 bucks for nothing when all I wanted was a teddy bear. Extremely disappointed. Now im going to have to find another bear and waste more money to replace this bear.

I ordered a stuffed fox for my wife on the 10th of this month and it is now the 18th. I haven't gotten any update on my order and I've asked via the messaging tool on their site 3 times for one. The money was immediately pulled from my account and I was given a delivery date of the 16th. The order status has read "awaiting fulfillment" every day and even just now when I checked it.

I order a WHITE 6-ft gorilla w/ tiedye shirt and rainbow ribbon w/ personalized message. It arrived on time and everything was fine except the gorilla! It was PINK! As a Valentines gift, I'm sure they get a lot of "pink" animals ordered but this is NOT what I paid $200 for! Not only does my fiancé despise pink, we both associate the color w/ the painful losses of loved ones to breast cancer. It was a horrible experience on a day dedicated to the proclamation of our love for one another. It left us incredibly disappointed and reopened wounds from our pasts. When I did attempt to contact customer service, I sat on hold before Mike answered and told me "their system" was "down" at the moment and he will "get back to me." I'm not sure what the protocol is for vetting companies prior to advertising them on a radio station, but apparently there's not much to it. This company reeks of incompetency. I sure hope (if they ever do "get back to me") they do not attempt to send me what I actually paid for. The moment has passed and this Valentines Day will be remembered by bitter memories rather than the sweet ones it was intended to be. I would expect a full refund but this company probably runs out of somebody's garage and I just paid their electric bill.

5 foot bear was delivered to my office yesterday. The audio voice message is not working. Actually had a gentlemen answer the phone once & said computers were down he would call back within the hour - never did.
I have called several times and get the same recording. No one answers. These are very expensive items & I'm unable to communicate with Big Plush.
Website does not state where to return items.
UPDATE - Owner called me directly & said they would "make it right". They were initially very busy due to the holiday. Owner also gave me his cell # for the future.

I was double charged on my card and it put me in the negative and had me worried a night if this was a scam because the only number I had sent me to voice mail with no business hours recorded I have no idea if it's a real place. If I'll even hear back or get my money back because it was all I had to my name

Knowing I could not be present for my grandson's Birthday, I ordered this bear & he came early.
Next day, family received tragic news. But, there sat the bear waiting inside his great big box, so they opened him up while I watched online.
He emerged from his box beautiful, big, loveable with all the extra's and my grandson was overwhelmed by it all! Seeing his face light up as he listened to my voice was awesome!! My grandson declared his name was Clarence...
Now, he sits in daddy's chair when he is not there & no nightmares dare come as they might encounter this Great Big Bear!
Clarence will always be more than a 'Bear' to us! He helped cushion a heavy blow and in that moment he stole the hearts of us all!
A Great Big Thank You to the many Big Plush 'angels' who dressed him right and got him there!
Wonderful site, many choices! Exceptional prices! Teddy Bear is detailed and well made! Complimented by caring customer service! (3 hours after ordering, realized forgot to put a shirt on this bear, but they were gracious and efficient and it all got done in perfect time!)
