Thanks everyone for posting. I won nearly 180 times making a good profit. However I only recieved a fraction of my cards and items. They still owe me nearly $9,000 in items. I have just now contacted the Utah Consumer Protection Agency.

I purchased SW airline voucher almost 3 years ago and have put in NUMEROUS tickets asking why they do not send me my vouchers or refund my money. They either do not respond or they say they are waiting for the vouchers. This company is a SCAM!!! DO NOT BID ON ANYTHING WITH BIDSAUCE. THIS IS A WARNING.

The site is a RIP OFF.They want people to pay $7.50 shipping for a ECARD. We all know ECARDS are free to ship. It seems like they have the same players on that site that win. I wonder if they are paid players.

SCAM. I won two bids for giftcards, which I never received. I called three times and was given the same weak story about delays, vendors not paying them etc. I contacted the BBB. They couldn't get BidSauce to cooperate. I was unable to get a refund, credit, or the products I paid for. STAY AWAY.

Nov 5th, 2010 decided to try bidsauce.com. I bought a big package for $375 plus upgraded to the platinum for $14.99. I started bidding which granted I jumped in a little to fast which is my fault, but ended up wining 3 auctions for a total of $125 worth of gift cards. oh then they charged me a shipping fee of a few dollars per item. About a $250 dollar mistake but worse then that still waiting for items lmao. everytime I contact them they give me the same run around about trying to get backorders caught up. What a joke they were christmas presents last year what the hell do I care now but u think such a great company could afford $125 don't u think especially since it only took about 10 minutes for them to take my money that day and my bids lol.

I hate this site! I just discovered this site today. I've been looking for penny auction sites since I already reached the win limit at skoreit, bidcactus and quibids. I made investigation and finally joined this site since they have items for auction every few minutes...I hate waiting several hours for an item. I bought the 250 bidpack for $149 for 1st time buyer. After playing in the beginners auction I used up all my bids and just won $25 worth of gift card. As I mentioned I'm actually not new in this auction thing since I've been a regular of the 3 penny sites I mentioned. The chances of winning at bidsauce is so slim. Not gonna play here again. Does anyone know any penny auction site that has higher chance of winning? Thanks

It was absolutely terrible. First they automatically charged me. I was dumb in not reading the agreement, which they get away with saying you will automatically get bids. Also, it automatically charged me for more bids. Here's the kicker. When I ended using those expensive bids to finally win a product, they haven't even sent it yet! Its almost april and I bought it in December. They are scam artist, and a terrible company to deal with.

I joined in Nov. 2010, won and purchased 14 items right away in hopes of having them for Christmas. I was told they would be shipped within 2 weeks, as of today I still have not received even one item.

Biggest scam out there in Pennyland. I won 35 gift cards. 4 months later I called to find out where they were. They said they had 'vendor' problems. After threatening to go to the BBB, a week later I got 33 of them. They charge $7 shipping for each card, but they sent them all in 1 package! So they ripped me off for over $200 in shipping! It's been 6 months and I wm still waiting for the other 2. A month ago I called and they said they would email me a tracking number later that day. It never came so I called again a week later. They said "we have no idea when your cards will be shipped." Starting tomorrow I will do everything in my power to have this place shut down. STAY AWAY!!!

This site is an absolute scam...I "won" 4 $50. gift cards 6 months ago and still have not received them. I have contacted customer service 3 times and you get the same B.S. line that it's the co. that handles their shipping that's at fault. I contacted the Better Business Bureau 3 weeks ago and received an e-mail today saying that Bidsauce will not return their calls and messages. Please help spread the word about this site so others don't get screwed by this auction site. Qubids, Bidcactus, and Big Deal are all legit. sites that I have dealt with.

I was charged $149.00 to join the bidding community. I won 4 bids valued at $200.00 and was charged shipping amounting to about $30.00. Three months passed and never received my items. Every time I called, they told me my items (gift cards) were on back order and would be shipped soon. I ended talking to a manager who told me I could not get a refund because it was a binding contract. I told him the contract is null and void since I haven't received my item ....the contract states I will receive my items...and as far as I was concerned he is in violation of the contract. Four months later, I disputed the charges with my credit card company as ITEM NOT RECEIVED. and got my $149.00 and my shipping charges with the finance charges back from the credit card company. Bid Sauce is a SCAM. BE SMART....don't let them scam you.

I went to sign up and noticed right away that there was no other choice for a bidbox than the $89.95, even though there were much cheaper options advertised. Buyer beware, that $89.95 charge is there, but it is tiny and on the registration page right above where you enter your credit card info. There is no mention of a $149.00 charge, like others have mentioned here. When you try to leave the registration page, the site won't let you- that is ALWAYS a sign of a scam.
I did not enter my card info, but I did enter my e-mail info. Hopefully my spam filter will keep them from blasting me with useless e-mails. I'm glad I listened to my intuition, especially after finding site jabber. I did my research about bidsauce, and found almost nothing but glowing reviews- it took some fancy wording in a search engine to find site jabber.

I am pretty sure all of a sudden , they are using something to drive the prices up , all these "new people" you see always bid exactly the same and bid around 3-5 seconds before the end.Let me know if anyone else notices a difference now.Bidsauce you are going to lose alot of loyal bidders if you start pulling this kind of scam.

I don't know why they call it penny auctions anyway when your spending one dollar every bid then if you win u still gota pay for the amount it went up to on the bidding and for shipping. BUT THE BEST PART IS I NEVER GOT $#*! AND I WON A 50$ GIFT CARD AND A FLIP CAMCORDER I'M SAYING THIS WAS OVER 2 MONTHS AGO AND I CANT DO $#*! ABOUT IT JUST LOST OVER 300$ DON'T DO IT I WISH I WOULD HAVE LOOKED INTO THIS CLOSER SUCKS GETTING TAKIN FOR A FOOL< $#*!IN $#*!S

I may be the only one here but bidsauce has been great to me,it takes a little while to get your stuff but so what, If you pay $150 for a bid pack and don't read what your paying for your just dumb. I have won several items and they have been delivered to me and are great. This is a legit website, that is fun, its gambling folks and if you are not prepared to lose then you will be one of these hayseeds on this site complaining but again IT IS GAMBLING GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEADS!!! WIN SOME LOSE SOME. I have been playing for a while and again have received everything I have won. You do not have spend $150, you chose that bid pack to buy, research a bit first, the amount of dumb people in the world are astounding, there is no fee to "join" but you do have to purchase bids to play. I do not work for the company and am in no way associated with the company.

I have never went on-line to review a site. I am doing this just to make sure that not one more person gets screwed. I won 3 Gift Cards and a Web Cam and its been almost 7 weeks and have not recieved anything. I called a month ago and they said they were backed up and that it would be christmas. I said why don't you let people know that it takes 2-3 months to get their items? They also charged me the 149.00 and I never knew I was being charged like a few others have indicated. They said they would refund 40 bucks..that was 2 months ago and I have never recieved it.
Stay away from this site, total rip off. Tomorrow, I will be calling the California Attorney General and logging a formal complaint.

i won 2 bids from this sight 11-19-10 and i am still trying to collect my winnings.
they blame a third party for the problem . they are still auctioning off the same things i won, but no payment is being made to old customers . they say 2 weeks is how long it takes to process a winning. after talking to them for third time they now claim they have no date as payment from third party is slow in coming.
STAY AWAY < this is not a place that hit a ruff patch and is trying to correct it.

I was intrigued when Ebay "promoted" this "new" site on Oct 10th, 2010. When I logged into Ebay that day, there was a page promoting bidsauce.com. I, like most followed the link, and like others, registered and found out that the fee was $149, I was hesitant, but since Ebay had shown this on their site, what could go wrong is how I saw it. Well, right off the bat, I "won" 3 auctions. A $50 gift card to Amazon, a $50 Target gift card, plus a 25 bid pack. This was on my first day of registration, Oct 10th, 2010. This is January 4, 2011, and to date; I have NOT received the Gift Cards. After numerous calls to customer service, and several on-line chat sessions, I have gotten the run-around during all conversations, that is until yesterday. Yesterday I had called asking for an address to mail a letter to the company, and was told by customer service they couldn't give that out, but the address was available on-line as a matter of "public disclosure". I searched, and didn't find any address. I went on-line next and used the 'chat" feature, and wow-got an address from a representative. This is the address that I received. I was told this is the Corp. address. For bid sauce:
1733 W 12600 S, Riverton, UT 84065
I also have called and registered a complaint with Ebay. I called the "buyers protection" extension and verified that my call would be recorded, and that my information would also be forwarded to the Marketing Department and elsewhere as needed within the company. I shared that in my opinion/perception with Ebay first showing this on their site, it seemed as if Ebay was "sponsoring" bidsauce.com. I told the Ebay representative all that has transpired, that I was upset that Ebay promoted this, and that someone apparently did not research this company enough and a lot of people were getting scammed and that this is now a bad reelection on Ebay. Not sure how much good that will do, but at least it's a regristered complaint. My next step is to read an Ehow article on how to file a "class action" suit. Now that I have an address, I'm also sending a letter demanding product delivery within a 10 day time frame or other action is being pursued. I will of course be being sending the letter signature required.
