I have purchased bids on Bidrack and won several items: a ring and several gift cards for Target, Best Buy, Applebees. After I won, I paid for these items and have never received anything.
When I call their customer service number, I am on hold forever and never get to a rep. Last time I called I hung up after 30 minutes. However, when I emailed them, I did get a response.
Their reply was that their previous supplier did not send them the gift cards and that they would credit my account with bids equal to the amount I paid for them items. I told them that this was unacceptable as they currently had the same gift cards on current auctions and that I did not want anymore "bids" credited to me, I wanted the items I won and purchased. I held up my end of the deal why can they not do the same. Pretty much got no where with them and still no items sent to me.
A couple months later I received the following email:
Dear Valued Customer,
We hope you have enjoyed your bidding experience at Bidrack ! As a valued customer, we want to hear from you. Tell us what you won at Bidrack, how much you won it for, share your experience with us by sending us your testimonial.
To Qualify for this promotion you will need to:
1. Send us your testimonial
2. Send us a photo of yourself holding your winnings
3. Sign the attached form and email it back to us.
As a small token of our appreciation, after you send us your testimonial, please e-mail us back here and we would love to give you a $15 iTunes gift card or 50 Bid's YOU PICK for taking the time out.

Bidrack - The fun way to save!
I could not wait to reply with my testimonial and all the problems I have had. Again, got the standard customer service about how they have already credited my account with bids would would give me more. I again repeated that I did not want any bids, I wanted my merchandise and that I would never deal with them ever again.
Here is the last response I had from them:
A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, #261223 with the following response:
Dear Valued Customer,
We are very sorry for your disappointment with our site. For the orders you are referring to, we had prepaid a distributor for these items. When it came time to deliver, they failed us. We are very upset about this as well. This company still has the capital that we paid them for these orders and are currently in breech of contract. This is why we had offered the bids in lieu of these items. I can assure you, we are not a scam.
We now have a new and VERY reliable distributor. With the new company, we have been able to ship all new orders within 72 hours. Most items arrive to the customer within 5-10 days.
Again, we are very sorry about the rough start we had and the impact it has had on our customers. This was not the intent when we launched the site.
This weekend, we have had some technical difficulties with the site, this could be the reason you were unable to load the page. We are very sorry for this and for the inconvenience, I have added an additional 25 bonus bids to your account.
Once again, we do apologize for this inconvenience. We greatly appreciate your understanding on this matter and hope that you remain one of our valued customers.
Always here to help!
Bidrack Customer Care
Guess what, again, never received any items. Thanks for assuring me that you are not a scam. AVOID this auction site as all costs. They take your money and never send you the items. Check out BEEZID instead. I have never had an issue with them. Always get my merchandise.

I registered for free as advertised and was charged $99 at 3:30 a.m., when I was asleep. When I complained about it, they said there must have been a misunderstanding and they had a no refund policy. This site is a rip off offering for the most part circus items with a few expensive items. If you have a lot of time to waste, and want your money taken, use this site.

The site is made to look like ebay and even has a secure URL address. One would think they would be above board. Most sites that are operated by criminals are not encrypted and registered as secure. Apparently this site has some fine print somewhere that states they will charge you to bid. I did not see anything, got no invoice, no confirmation that I would be charged in advance to place bids at an auction, nothing. Request for federal criminal investigation has been filed.

I signed up, like everyone else it seems, for a "free account" that turned out to be $99.00. I wrote to support to demand a refund, and am currently waiting on their response. Hopefully the card will get declined anyhow, since they don't have my correct billing name.. (thought it was shipping info- entered my new married name that is not official yet, but I use it as my shipping name- not my 'maiden', which is what is on the card) I'm hoping that ends this problem before it starts. We shall see.

I have browsed through this site a few times. It looks very interesting. I have not yet used it. I will have to spend a little more time to understand as to how the process, i.e., the bidding works on their site. One of these days I will try it out. The website, though, looks professionally done, and looks very interesting.

Careful people this is a DANGEROUS site. Luckily I found this site prior to doing anything. I was lured to it via craigslist. They have people posting very well priced items on craigslist. When you contact them they say they've sold it and suggest that you visit bidrack.com as that's where they bought it.

I signed on to the website to see what it was about as it bragged all of these low prices and how it was better than ebay. Next thing I know I am getting a charge for $99.00. There is nothing anywhere when you "register" that says you buying anything at that time, but beware, you are. My card # couldn't have been on there for any more than a minute, and they still hit me with the above charge. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SITE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED!!!!

They got me too, site was recommended by google. I signed up for a fee account and got charged $99.00, I went back to the bidrack site and deleted my credit card info and my address info right away. Have e-mailed them and contacted my card company to let them work on it. Bidrack is a rip-off company for sure. Jerry

I went on bidrack to see what it was all about - since "everyone" seemed to be getting such good deals. After I entered all my info, a window popped up to try the bidding process. I thought this was a trial to see how it worked. I won some number of bids for .01cent. I then left the site without bidding on anything. Next thing I notice that my Visa has been charged for $75.99!!!! I phoned them, they emailed me a "request for refund", which I immediately filled out and emailed back. I got an email back to say that they determined that this was not a fraudulent charge! LMAO - what else would they say. So I phoned Visa to see if they could reverse the charge - minus one cent - but they said they had to do a conference call with these people. We got "Anne" on the phone and she said that there is no way they give refunds. I hope anyone who even thinks of going to this site will read all the complaints first and NOT deal with these thieves.

They are fraudulent company. I went to their web site and registered. in their home page they do not let you know that after you registered they automatically charged you $99.00 I have the hardest time to make contact with them by phone and/or e-mail. Finally when I was able to talk to one of their customer service rep she was very rude (sharon) and she lotd me that they will not refund any money. I request to talk to a manager but she stated that they will call me back. Definitely they are crooks. I do not recommend this web site to any one. one more thing they have clients comments but they will review and decide if your comments are going to be posted by them.

I had the same bad experience as others note. A charge to my card of $75. I also closed out my account almost immediately after opening it. Bidrack tells me that somewhere in their website they told me 3 times no less to expect such a charge. It is a scam and I wish I could find the web info that told me initially about such a "positive" experience the writer had with Bidrack--well, that was probably written by Bidrack! How dumb can I be? I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and did email the DE Attorney General. Can I do more?

Rip off! You will never win a bid and they do not refund any money. I decided to try to bid since I would not receive anything back ($$). I saw some people win bids, I stayed up all night trying to win one myself but no luck and luck is what it is all about. I will take the money to the casino next time. At least there you know what is happening. Of course, I really blame myself for falling for the "something for nothing" scam. It is one of the oldest in the book. My advice - stay away!!

Had a HORRIBLE experience with this site bidrack.com. And as I'm reading here others have also had similar experiences. Stupidly entered my credit card info on their site - because of the way they have the web site set up - in order to find out what they actually have to bid on, you enter your card info first. Well I didn't understand I was actually purchasing $99 worth of bids when I entered this information!!! When, on the next page it indicated I had purchased $99 of bids, and I realized what I had inadvertently done I was shocked. I would have never thrown that much money away for bids, and I tried to contact customer support (only email worked) to get a refund. Nothing doing! First they offered me more free bids, and when I indicated, no, I wanted a refund not more bids - there was nothing I wanted - they wrote back, too bad, I had clicked on their agreement which says "no refunds on unused bids!!!" There's nothing on the site I'm even remotely interested in bidding on. And my credit card company says they can't reject the charge because their terms of service agreement spell out no refunds! WOW. Awful. Also, 24/7 customer service # is an outright lie (855-900-7225). I called their number over a dozen times at various times of the day because their a British Columbia time zone. No answer ever. Either got hung up on, or got endless music on hold. After numerous email complaints a "customer service representative" called me yesterday and said they would refund $39. Given the way they've operated so far, I'm not holding my breath. Am I supposed to be grateful for such scamming? Admittedly, being the victim of such an experience makes one feel awful, like the world's biggest idiot, sucker. Any further ideas/suggestions how to fight this gratefully accepted. At least others should be warned of the snake pit their stepping into. There's got to be a constructive way to get them and others like them regulated and prevent these people from robbing/scamming people!!

I have had hope for Bidrack since the beginning, and have gone though some pretty major issues with them, and still stuck by them, even spending quite a bit of money. However this authenticity guarantee is just another one of the things about this company that disappoints me, and is unrealistic. There is no way any company is going to contact BidRack about a product that is not even their product, but is a non-authentic knock-off of their product. Verbal confirmation from the Fendi boutique is what I received. I can also provide a list of how it is obvious these products are not authentic. The first and most obvious being when you look up the serial numbers they come up online as an asian manufacturer, no Fendi products are made in Asia. I also asked a staff member at Coach how they handle fake product and their policy is they will not get involved unless the product was purchased from one of their outlets. I also have an inquiry in with Louis Vuitton, and am pretty sure their answer will be the same. This policy is useless, as there is really no way to prove to Bidracks specifications that products are not authentic.
I cannot even count the hours I have spent dealing with the flaws of this company and trying to rectify problems with them. Because of this I want other people to know of my experiences and will be posting my experiences on consumer review websites.
I am also going to be contacting Visa, Mastercard and Buysafe regarding the incident below where I had access to other users accounts (see #2 below).
I have screenshots, emails and printouts of the website and my account to support these claims.
#1 I spent approx. $2300 in bids. This is not the problem. I was loving the site, and having a great time bidding, AND winning! I was devastated after waiting over 2 months when I received an email telling me I would not be getting the items I won!!! I had spent HOURS and HOURS playing and winning on this site. I did receive a refund of some of my money, and was given more bids to use. However, this did not do much to rectify that I was not going to receive the $6,750 worth of merchandise I so called "won." All in All even with the refunds I was out $4450 in items I won. This was just a horrible feeling. I was also very disappointed when I knew that some people were still receiving their items that I was told were not in stock, even though they had received a review. Even after all of this, I decided to give bidrack another shot.my second experience I did receive my products but 2 were not authentic which now seems it will be impossible to prove to the satisfaction of bidrack. They are making hoops it is impossible to jump through. With losing the value of these 2 non-authentic bags, and the $1,000 per item guarantee of authenticity, I am losing out on a value of $3,185. With these 2 experiences the value of my time, product I did not receive, etc. would total about $7,835 (and this is taking into account the refund I received.)
#2 This website it not secure. Please see the email I sent to bidrack.
"I found a MAJOR scary glitch on your website yesterday, that
I am sure that many people would consider a threat to their personal
information, and leaves room for easy identity theft. I was logged in
as my user: emilymoore80, when all of a sudden the username switched
to a different user, someone I have never heard of. I hadn't done
anything but refresh my browser. I was then completely logged into
that persons account, with access to their credit card information,
address, previous order, etc. This happened 3 times and I had access
to 3 different users profiles - when all I was doing was logging in
with my username/password and refreshing my screen. I am sending
screenshots to confirm what happened. Thank goodness this happened to
an honest person, and I am hoping it was not widespread. I did call
customer service yesterday, and they did not really even seem
concerned about this issue."
I never received any sort of response on how they would be making their site more secure or anything, and when I called customer service and told them the lady simply said "that's weird," and just seemed to want to get me off the phone.
With the above issues, I just feel that I have given this company enough chances. I also feel that other consumers, and also vendors, people placing their advertising and their merchant companies should know about these experiences.
I have attached some screen shots to this complaint, and have more.
At this point I am not looking for resolution, just want my experiences and complaints to be documented.
Shame on me for letting bidrack pull wool over my eyes more than once

I have won many items from bidrack and received about 1/10 of those items won. The last three items I won and paid for over the course of five days. They sent me one tracking number for all three items. After a month of waiting my items did not come in. I contacted support and was asked to wait a little long and I did. After a week or so I requested a refund to which they said to would comply. After two weeks I still had not received my refund and so I contacted their support again and was told they would follow up with billing. Still no refund and no answers as to why.

These people are not honest. I read through all of the info regarding the rules to this site and signed up. Nowhere did I see that my credit card would be charged for anything other than something I authorized. I just received my credit card bill and they charged $99.00 to my card. I did not purchase anything nor did I authorize anything. I will go to my CC company and have the charge reversed. HOWEVER.. as stated: these people are NOT HONEST. You need to have a minus rating, because one star is not low enough for these people.

The same thing happened to me last nite. I heard about the site and went to check it out. It said to register you have to provide a shipping address and credit card to be verified. So I did. It didnt say anything about purchasing! my account was charged $75!!! I never authorized this. I contacted the customer service and she says "bidrack does not offer refunds, you should have read the terms & conditions"!!!! Well I just read the 'terms and conditions' and no where does it say you will be charged $75 or that I was authorizing them to charge my card. I contacted my bank and they say there is nothing they can do. This company is making money off scamming people . DO NOT USE BIDRACK!!!!!!!!!!!11

OK people, it's 2011... if something seems too good to be true.. DUH.. it's probably not true. Yeah one person may win a bid, but there may be thousands of others bidding on the same thing. Think about it.. they buy an item for 200.00 and you have several thousand people bidding on it.. but it's only 25 cents to bid, or 10 cents or whatever.. yeah one person may win an item for cheap, but they make a couple thousand on a 200.00 item..
