We have just experienced (like many others) a very stressful few days trying to sort complex travel arrangements involving a cruise, accommodation, flights and multiple countries over several weeks. Everything has been up in the air due to the coronavirus, but fortunately for us most of or our trip - I wish all of it - has been in the safe and very capable hands of Bicton Travel whose staff have been responsive, supportive, highly effective and simply exceptional in getting things sorted for us. They have gone to great lengths, often in their own time and compromising their precious time off, to be there for us and sort our arrangements. I have never experienced this level of service from a travel agent before and will no longer be using anyone else. If you want the best call Nadia and Phil at Bicton Travel - you will be in the safest of hands, receive excellent advice and have the best service you could hope for. These are very trying times for passengers, but particularly for agents. The professionalism we have experienced in these difficult circumstances really sets this organisation apart from the rest.

Bicton travel is a travel agent who know their stuff especially cruises. I went to other travel agents and they are not travel agents, just booking agents.

Bicton Travel are fully professional on all fronts and extremely helpful .They offer a full range of travel options and can be trusted in every respect.

Matt was extremely helpful. If he was unsure of an answer, a quick look at his computer and hey presto, less than a minute later, all questions answered.

We have been using Bicton travel since 2010 and we found that they are the best in Communication and pricing I have always found them to very competitive in pricing and the service is excellent. I remember when we were away in 2017 on a cruise ship in the Caribbean islands and we emailed Matt Clements to ask him to arrange on our flights that we-had wanted to do after our cruise, so he did as I asked in record time he has sent thought our itinerary on all our flights in and around America. We really appreciated having someone we can trust In handling all our travel needs any time of day.

Dealing with Byron at Bicton Travel has been great. He regularly keeps us up-to-date with relevant information for our upcoming trips and always strives to get us a better deal if it's available.

He takes all the hard work out of booking holidays, which leaves you more time to plan on how you'll enjoy it.

My dealings with my current consultant is excellent, however the dealings with the woman consultant that took over from the person who was exceptional and left was very underrated. The service was very arrogant and to the point I decided to look elsewhere for future travel requirements.
