when booking travel agent should discuss in detail the accommodation on the river cruise boats. They should not assume the client knows everything about their upcoming cruise.

I find the sales office to be a very noisy and distracting environment. This has been difficult for me on some occasions as I prefer face to face contact with my consultant.

Solo Travel and go a little bit beyond other travel agents I have used in the past. Michele is always friendly and great to speak to and she is happy to ask others if she doesn't know the answer to a question about a particular place. I'm happy to recommend Bicton Travel to others.
