I love the vitamin C and the multivitamin! I had trouble swallowing the multi so I tried chewing it up a little and it helped so much. Doesn’t taste that bad. Thank you for the great products!

I placed the order on 12/26 and it was not processed or shipped until 01/04. This always happens regardless of the holidays. Nevertheless, the products are good.

I tried to place my order online but failed because every time I tried to fill in a billing address (international) that differs from the shipping address(American), the website would not let me. So I called in and the customer service were very helpful and obliging. Thank you so much.

In this fast paced world websites need to be intuitive and clear. People don’t have time to read instructions. I have missed many savings opportunities because I did not have time to read things thoroughly. When I inquire, a customer facing company would find a way to work with the customer and not make them feel that it was their mistake.

Love BH vitamins and supplements! The greatest measure that I know they are helping is staying well and feeling good the last few years of taking them...even through cold and flu season, even with 8 runny-nosed grandkids, even with close exposure to people while working in the dental field. I’m a believer. They are expensive, but worth it!

I just cannot pay using my credit card on their website, keeps giving me rejected because the billing address is not matching , funny enough if i check the bank statement, the money is withdrawn successfully but immediately refunded back to my account!!!!. is it possible that you cannot pay with a Non-US credit card if you are shipping to an address inside US?! Appreciate any help you can provide.

Have always had a good experience with BH however it would be nice to know if you have a shipping issue. Still waiting on my order that was placed on Nov 5th. Hope this is just an odd glitch.

Even though Beyond Health has launched a “new lower shipping rate” they raised prices on the supplements.
We love the product but there is no way it costs $10 to send 2 plastic bottles of vitamin c powder.
I encourage them to look at a company called GundryMD. By Dr. Stephen Gundry. They know how to do business!

I love the beyond health products! However, I think your cost for shipping is very high. I ordered 8 supplements from a competitor and shipping was a flat rate of $5.95. I ordered one bottle of probiotics from Beyond Health and shipping was $13.44! Your product is wonderful...your shipping is out of line.

great great product. when looking for the gold label multivitamin on the beyond health website, I wasn't sure if the multivitamin in their product line was the same product or was the gold label an entirely new product.. so I kept searching the website and purchased the multivitamin not sure if I ordered the right product. I interpreted the email I received from beyond health that multi gold was a new product. a little confused.
