I thought I had an agreement with Discover. It wasn't processed correctly and Discover rejected it and I was turned over to a collection agency. I'm unable to meet the requirements of the new Discover offer.

Time it take to start negotiations with creditors has caused many to go to collections and damaged credit
further. So calls continue from collection agencies now. Very frustrating. Even though we forwarded all correspondence to them from creditors willing to negotiate nothing done in time so went to collections.

It has been a slow process. I was promised that Beyond would be contacting my creditors and I found out on 10-10-19 that Beyond has not contacted one of my creditors since we started the program 10 months ago.

POOR COMMUNICATION WITH LEGAL DEPARTMENT ESPECIALLY WITH TIME SENSITIVE DOCUMENTS. IT SEEMS EVERYBODY IS OFF ON FRIDAYS SO DON'T DARE HAVE ANYTHING IMPORTANT HAPPEN ON A FRIDAY!

Yes...I want to eliminate CC debt as fast as possible. But ruining my credit score in the process is not really how I want to do so. Not paying for 3-6 months so I can try to negotiate with my CC companies will certainly hurt my credit, even though I was told that it would have no impact by the debt "specialist".
Also, taking a fee of 25% of my debt, without a guarantee of savings seems foolish. If you can only save me 25% but I have to pay that back to you...I am in the same position, but with worse credit.

It’s been over three months; so far only one of my accounts has been resolved; my credit score has dropped over 100 points but they are surely withdrawing the monthly agreement $$$ every month
