Beyond finance is an amazing company that helps you sleep at night and not worry about your debt, they have helped me settle an account in about my first 3 months in the program which was amazing and gave me a peace of mind knowing that the other outstanding debts is in good hands! They are nice and easy to get ahold of by phone, however, they told me I can email them whenever I have questions. I even have a person assigned to my acct to email. So I do. I don’t get responses though. I end up having to call, which is hassle because having privacy in my line of work and with two small kids at home isn’t easy. I don’t know why they tell you to email them when they don’t respond. They have settled two of six accts in 2mths which seems good.

they did not tell me for 3-4 months that i needed to scan a signed copy and give it to them, so i wasted 3-4 months while getting harassing phone calls from creditors.. you should definitely be giving me a discount on your fees, considering I had to bug you until someone finally told me that a picture of the signed copy would not do...

Jose Santos was excellent always followed through I thought cancelling twice he retained and I know I moves into a shorter term plan he practices patience professionalism and very knowledgeable I wish I can give more than 5 stars as I was very skeptical at first especially in this hard time but he executed everything thoroughly and efficient !

Hi, This company has helped me greatly. I have always followed their request for statements and information etc. and in less tin 3-4 months they have settled several of my debts. If I call with a question or concern they always take the time to make my questions are answered thoroughly bef. Definitely recommend!!

I wish there was a better way to track what they are doing and who they have contacted. Like a hub of activity but also do to's for the debter. Also, I've gotten one debter to negotiate but the negotiation wasn't that good so far. Time will tell what happens, but there is definitely room for improvement.
