I ordered the Boy Toy belt buckle. I asked if a rush could be put on it because the party was in a few days. They did. It arrived 6 days before the party. Greatest customer service I have ever had. The belt is exactly as pictured. Made very well. Plus they are the only co. that carries her original buckle. Other all have rhinestones. Thank you BeWild. I will defiantly buy from them again.

I was very scared to ordered after reading all the reviews below, I was even scared to hit the pay now button after I placed Items in my cart, I second guessed many times I decided to email the store to make sure the item I wanted was in stock before buying because some of the reviews said that they canceled orders without any noticed, and let me tell you that they emailed back with a response right away letting me know that if the Item said it was in stock that it meant it indeed was availiable for purchase, everything went smoothly after that, I received the item as described which was a pair of very unique pants that arent even sold instores anymore for a very fair price, the shipping was suppoused to take 1-2 weeks but I actually got it in 2 days I was very happy and decided to share my expirence for other people out there who are also scared to buy due to bad reviews I did not get paid to write this, Im an actual costumer and I am very happy with my purchase and cannot wait to buy from them again.

This is the worst place you will ever shop at. Customer care representatives yell at customers because they cannot own their mistakes. I received a broken mug and I was asked to contact this controller lady who yelled at me "I HAVE NO TIME AND ENERGY..blah blah" and hung up on me. I don't even know why they are running a company when they cannot keep one in place.

I ordered two cigarette cases and got them within a week without any problems. They seem to be new and in excellent condition. I received an email receipt immediately after purchasing, then a tracking number the next day. I guess I just got lucky, or had a good experience because I didn’t have to deal with customer service or returning anything.

Not a serious company. Even if its they who make the mistake - they will just cancel your order. Dont follow own policy, just cancel the order.
I made order according to policy, suddenly they refuse to ship, and ask for $35 more to ship... serious company??

DONT BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS
I placed an order 4 days ago, I received the email that stated it would send a tracking number 24-48 hours after my order was placed. I never received the email so kept checking my order status in hopes it would at least say "processing" it never did. Then I started looking up reviews, saw all the bad ones and started panicking. I emailed them explaining I had even got a processing email and asked if it had been sent or anything. They responded WITHIN THE HOUR with a very nice and helpful email including my tracking number which says it will be delivered in a couple days, as it said on the site. Very happy with their customer service.

I will never order from this company again. I ordered on 12/22/16 and double checked that my order was going to be there BY christmas. I clicked the 2 day express shipping (GUARANTEED by Dec. 24th)
after paying an extra 30.00 for shipping i get an email on Friday the 23rd that said it was ready for processing and shipping that delivery date would be Wed. 27th.
I emailed them and told them i wanted a refund of the extra shipping costs as they did not come through on their end of the contact and got an email back stating that the 2 day meant business days not holidays...well it didnt say that it said guaranteed delivery Dec. 24th. As of now they have not refunded my extra money for shipping. If it was going to arrive after Christmas i would of used the 5 day FREE shipping!

Ordered $58 worth of merchandise on the 2nd of october,payed for 3 day shipping, order did not go out till the 11th of October. .sent 3 e- mails voicing concerns.no reply,then today I get an e. Mail being Oct 14th.and with 3 day shipping items scheduled to be delivered on the 19th no reply from customer service..do we feel screwed,yes we do.very upsetting.

I purchased a cigarette case in August 2014 as a gift. To my embarrassment, the catch broke within two days. I contacted Bewild and they told me to return it for an exchange. I sent it back and have never heard from them again. I have emailed them numerous time for over a year and they never respond. I have called and get a response of "we will look into it." So I've paid for the original item plus shipping, plus the cost to ship it back and I have no merchandise. In essence, they have stolen $30 from me total. As far as I'm concerned, they are pawning off crappy merchandise to unsuspecting consumers and they should be shut down. If anyone else stole from me I could go to the police. But there's really no recourse for this kind of thievery except to write a bad review. Don't make the same mistake!

Order a 11 dollar tattoo sleave and selected the wrong shipping method 55 dolar, instead of 8 dollar to the Netherlands.
Directly sent an email to the customer support, next day anwser no it has already been shipped, two days later i get an email your package has been shipped.
Will never ever order again with this lying company very very bad customer service.

I placed 2 orders..
Days later I received 2 sep tracking numbers.
Both r invalid.
I called asking where my items r, lady stated.
It's xmas, everything's lost, those numbers aren't correct, system messed up.
Upon me asking her to track, she stated no, nothing else she could do and hung up.
I've emailed them just to get a generic email response. They took my $100 but can't deliver the items! So mad!
The lady on phone was extremely rude and no help!

Ordered two shirts from them and both were incredibly low quality. The sizing was way off. Customer service was no help and quite rude.
I returned the items and received a partial refund. So after there outdated policy of 10% restocking, no shipping refund plus my return shipping expenses I ended up get a few dollars back for the purchase.
So i ordered a pair of UFO pants from bewild.com. I needed them asap! (In one week) im in Canada.
I emailed them asking if they could try to get them to me asap without having to pay an extra 44$ for shipping....
THEN... I read reviews for the site... They were ALL bad!!! I started freaking out, stressing...Had a hard time with tracking too... But then...
Pants arrived within 6 days!!!! So pumped!!

I guess it is the same old story. I wish I had read other reviews before purchasing from this company. They did the same thing to me as they did to everybody who complained here. In my case, they sent me the wrong sized shoes and it was half the size it should be. After sending it back, I did not hear back from them for one month. When I contacted this company yesterday, I got a message from customer support that the product was used, worn and damaged. I wish they could come up with a better lie. The feet would have to be cut into half before fitting into the shoes. I wish there is a forum where we could tell more people to avoid this company instead of finding it out post the fact. I also encourage reviewers here to file complaints to BBB. Company like this should not be allowed to operate.

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered but I didn't and now I'm stuck with the wrong product and two boxes of lipstick that doesn't even show (non of the neon colors)! I'm so frustrated because they just ruined a serious event for me.. These people shouldn't be in business at all.

I ordered from Bewild 5/1/15 and received it within the quoted time frame of 2-3 business days, so that was great. Once I open my package, I noticed my jump rope was missing! I did not received any emails stating the jump rope was out of stock or on back order, so I assumed it was there. I removed all items and packing paper from the box, thinking it was just overlooked but it is nowhere to be found. I emailed their company for help but didn't hear back for 3 days. I've been in contact with numerous people, via email (spoke with someone named Chris), email (I'm assuming another department, no name was provided), phone (a nice lady, unknown name) and then email again.
I wasn't asking for the world, I just really wanted my jump rope for my party. It took a little shy of 3 weeks to received any kind of refund, and even then it was incorrect. As of today (5/29/15), I'm still trying to get my full refund.
TL;dr: Save your money, stress, and heartache and go somewhere else!

This company is the worst! I bought a shirt from Amazon by Bewild, but the size was too small. I requested for a refund which it was approved. I immediately ordered a new shirt in the correct size. The new shirt came late and the artwork was peeling off. I sent the old shirt back expecting a refund. I know the company received the shirt with a delivery confirmation. Several weeks go by and no refund. I emailed them a few times. It wasn't until I threatened to report them to the BBB that they wrote me back stating they wont give me a refund. Which is against the law, if they received the returned merchandise despite their 30 day return policy they are suppose to issue a refund. The shirt returned was not even worn, which they say it was and came back in bad condition but it wasn't. Several angry emails back and forth, now I have to dispute the charge. This company has such terrible customer service it's disgusting!

They sent the wrong product. Then they lost it in return, after I paid shipping. Their drug addled employees can barely answer a phone. The manager referred to me as "N*gger".
