I purchased a chair and was not satisfied with the quality, so it was returned. It took months to be refunded, and I ultimately had to open a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. I ended up purchasing a Herman Miller chair from a local dealer after this poor experience.

Great price but not worth it. One of the chair's options, does not work and the seat tilts forward and is not very comfortable. I didn't notice the tilt until one of my friends mentioned it and had me compare it to one of the chairs at our audio post facility. Because of this, I planned on never buying from BevHills Chairs again and I consistently mention this to other industry professionals....to stay away because you're not likely to receive a product that's 100% functional.

sells used chairs and advertizes them as new. unacceptable.
