I started another LLC with legal zoom about a month before I submitted one with Better Legal. Legal zoom has yet to even submit my paperwork to the state as far as I know because they never update you and their website/dashboard is useless. With better legal, the whole process was complete and I had all my paperwork and business was fully formed in eight (8) business days! I'm completely satisfied with Better Legal. It worked exactly as I suspected it should. Thank you Better Legal.

This was my first time creating an LLC. BetterLegal explained every step with easy to follow instructions. The whole process took less than an hour to set up and the turnaround was 2 days to receive my filing documents and EIN. Very satisfied with BetterLegal and will certainly be back to form future LLCs.

Did what they said they’d do. It was 9 business days instead of 3 but they let me know right away it was a state delay and not their fault and they offered the option to cancel for a full refund if I didn’t want to proceed. It still finalized like clockwork in the 9 business days they amended the schedule to.

After looking at several companies online to start my LLC I was frustrated in the costs and turn around time. I decided to do another search and happened to come across BetterLegal.com. I went through the steps with skepticism and ended up very happy with the costs and turn around time. They are very accurate in what they say the costs are and the turn around time was phenomenal! Better Legal made the whole process of obtaining an LLC in New York State quick, simple, easy and painless. I expected it to be a very stressful process. It was not, thank goodness.
New York State has a publication requirement for new LLCs. I have heard horror stories about the cost. Better Legal recommended a site which had very reasonable pricing to meet the legal requirement.
Additionally, they sent along the forms needed to set up a bank account. That was incredibly helpful.

BetterLegal was excellent to use. The website is set up great. It's easy to use, and informative at the same time. It literally took me 10 minutes to input all of my information, and on the 2nd business day, I received the email that my LLC has been created. Included in the email were all of my required documents, nice and neat. Seriously couldn't have been any easer. Hats off to these guys, they have the process down!
