BetterLegal and their team made this process go very smooth. I have been self teaching myself how to open a new mobile pizza trailer and BetterLegal made getting the LLC and EIN # extremely easy. Being new at this I had many back and forth emails, all of them being promptly answered on time. I would recommend this company.

My experience with BetterLegal was excellent. The initial process of providing relevant and important information for setting up a LLC was easy and not time consuming. On certain questions, there was a short video that explained what was being asked. That was very helpful. The service, speed, and cost associated with BetterLegal earned 5 stars. Inwas dissappointed that I did not receive my 1st choice LLC name. I am certain that my first choice was available, but feel that it was on hold through the SOS because I inquired about the name via another service. I chose BettterLegal based on price, but believe I missed out on my initial name request. There needs to he an option to go with a second name choice and BetterLegal did not give that option. In the application process a second choice was required and acquired all in the same application.
