I brought several pairs of glasses fromthis company for me and my spouse they were beautiful. I would buy from them again. They sent me glasses and the delivery driver left them on the porch. One pair of the glasses were stolen. When I reached out to them I did get some resistance. Had to contact the post office and file several complaints. At the time better eyewear didn't have an option to ring bell or call ahead. I'm not sure if they do now. The glasses I ordered that were stolen were sold out. It took a little while but they located another pair and shipped them out. They made a mistake and fixed it. They do allow you an option for frame sizes they say the size and or male or female so if the glasses didn't fit it's because you ordered the weong size. I love their vintage frames and the prices were great.

While the glasses I ordered and received within a reasonable period of time were lovely, the frames what I ordered and prescription accurate, they did not fit properly and were just too big. Consistent with their return policy I acquired a return authorization and sent the glasses back (at my expense) via UPS and have a tracking number reflecting their receipt of the return. They never followed through with a refund, however, nor replied to any emails (to an address with which I had several previously successful exchanges), and when I went to their site to generate a new inquiry today, it comes back "HTTP Error 404: Resource Not Found" (using both Safari & Chrome). I suspect they've gone out of business?

Buyer Beware! This is a truly dreadful company. I received frames, they were crooked. Multiple emails were not responded to - to request the Return Merchandize code that they require for a ‘ no questions asked’ refund. The phone number is not in service. I lodged a complaint with PayPal (I’d paid through them). Even they couldn’t get a response from this bunch, and refunded 100% of my money (thanks PayPal!). I hope they stop doing business with this, imo, fraudulent company.

I thought the website looked shady. Thanks to all of your reviews, I researched the company more, read your reviews and realized that it's a fraud. First clue, the phone number has been disconnected. Second clue, one the pairs of glasses I was going to buy actually had a lower price crossed out, was listed at a higher price yet they wrote - savings of $XX.
YES. The owner had probably fled to some country where he/she can't be extradited to the US.

Don't buy from them. You've been warned. Like everyone else, I bought a pair of glasses....they didn't fit... returned them but I haven't gotten a refund in over a month.
Dispute with your CC company right away if you are still waiting. Don't bother with them, there are other internet sellers that are better.

I wish I could give zero star.
They didn't have the product and didn't tell me. After 2 months I called and it took me while to finally reach them. They never answer the phone. When I finally spoke with someone, she told me that they were receiving my product on that week and as soon as they have it, they would send it. They never did, after that I couldn't reach them back. After three months I have to dispute a transaction on my CC. But they keep posting on Instagram like they are a serious company.

They do not stock what they sell or even have them. Its all a bait and switch company. They have no customer service .. go ahead and try and call them *******569 , any ext, any time , sales or customer service , never an answer. Email them and they respond 24 hours with we will look into it .
The glasses I ordered they no long have , a week later it is still listed on the site as available. Maybe they need to update the site every one in a while

DO NOT Order From Company! order a pair of frames online. says it will be processed in 3 days. After 3 weeks of waiting with no response and my order still saying "processing", i had to reach out the company to get an update. They tell me that my order was sold out and on back order and would be in, in two weeks. i said ok, waited two and a half weeks, and reached out to them again because it still said processed. They then stated that it would be another 3 weeks or i could change my order and get them in a different color. I said ok send the different color frames . she said ok, it will sent out within 3 days. AFTER ANOTHER WEEK, I again had to reach out to them. They told me they Sold the pair of frames to "another customer" their exact words, and asked how i would like to proceed. like what??? how would i like to proceed? i asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and they replied back with " Sorry we can not keep orders on file for over 30 days, your order has been Canceled" .. Note that not once did this "company" update me on anything with my order, i had to keep reaching out to them and now my lenses are scratched from trying to keep them in the broken frames waiting on this company. be warned. SHOP SOME WHERE ELSE.!!!! ..

First of they did not have the glasses i orderd I had to wait. When they arrived I had to return them. I did so and followed all their instuctions.I returned them on Feb21. They recieved them by the feb 23..... Well i have not heard or recieved my credit It is now March 12!!! and when I call the number no one answers!!!!

I ordered sunglasses from them a month ago and was just informed by them that they have to void my order because of a delay on the manufacturer's part. They should have never listed this item in the first place on their website as being available. And they should have told me when I had checked with them 2 weeks ago about my order that they needed to void it instead of making me wait another two weeks to tell me this! If I didn't email them to check with them again, I would still be waiting, thinking they were going to send me my glasses.

OMG the WORST customer service.
My wife bought me Ray-Bans for Christmas. I wanted to exchange them for a different style. I was able to get an RMA, and followed all instructions. That includes emailing them back the RMA number, USPS tracking number, and style to exchange for.
The return was signed by them on 1/8. After 4 weeks I tried emailing them several times. After finally getting a response to my third email, they asked what the tracking number was. Days later I emailed them for status and they asked what style I wanted. Of course they already had this info in my return box....
Ultimately, they went 100% silent. No email. No glasses. No credit- NOTHING. Oh and don’t try calling, they never picked up nor return voicemails in my case.
Today I spoke with Chase to dispute the charge. We’ll see where this goes. I don’t think I’ll lose the $155 but man oh man the frustration is huge....

Refused to respond to my emails asking for tracking number. When I tried calling, BOTH of their phone numbers said "Mailbox Full!". Seems like a scam to me. Will be fighting the charge with my credit card company. This company is a scam.

I ordered a pair or prescription sunglasses on Dec 30 2018. On January 28 2019 I still haven't received them so I asked why and was told that they haven't started on them yet and I was also told that I needed to pay MORE money. I then requested a refund. I have been fighting with them ever since to get my $221 back. Now, my emails are being ignored and they blocked my phone number so I can't call and talk to a supervisor. This is theft.

This is the Worst company. Like all the other reviews. I also have been scammed. I order and returned my Tory Burch sunglassses for an exchange. Better eyewear provided with a RMA # which I used for my return. Never received my exchange and to boot, they have my money. Isn't there enough complaints that an action class lawsuit can be filed???

I wish I could give them a negative score! They didn't allow me to cancel an order after I waited 2 weeks for them to receive the frame from the manufacturer. When I ordered the frame I was under the impression that it was available, they should update their site to indicate what products are backordered, out and available. Lousy customer service they never answer their phone no matter what time you call. It's just ridiculous. At least I only lost out on money from 1 pair, I will be ordering 3 other pairs at a local store. Please don't waste your time or money with this company. They are probably scammers!

My order was not shipped in the time promised - they took the payment within 3 days of my order, but at 3 weeks later ( I paid for expedited service) I still don't have my glasses - They make it so you can't cancel your order even if it hasn't gone into production yet, and keep saying it is in the shipped status (they provide a tracking number) that to date STILL doesn't show up on tracking (meaning it hasn't really shipped) and I STILL don't have my order weeks later - I cannot speak to the quality or accuracy of the lenses, but am happy to follow up on that subject once (IF) I ever get my $486 glasses. Sorry I ever ordered from this place to save $200 wished I would have just gone to the local store.

I ordered a pair of glasses on 2/4/19. Immediately after ordering, I realize I made an error in the lens type I wanted. I went back into the website to change my order,no option to do so. I fill out the Help form on the website plus call Customer Service (after hours) and leave a VM as suggested. Next day, no email response, no call back. I call continuously throughout the day, no human ever picks up, just a recording saying ‘not available’. I keep trying for three more days, no contact from them at all! I then check the website under my account with my order number, I get ‘No Order Found’! What??!! This is a lie, bc I have a screen shot of my receipt. So according to them, I never placed an order, yet they charged my CC $83.05! This is a complete scam, please don’t get involved with them!

After reading all of the awful reviews, I feel inclined to share my experience with those of you who need to feel somewhat at ease if you are in same position I was in after I bought glasses from a well developed website BEFORE reading any of these comments.
First things first, today is 02/09 and I ordered my glasses 01/24. So it took just over two weeks to receive my glasses, which really isn't awful given the very affordable "designer" products are 60% cheaper than their market value. So, my reason for the 3 stars is because customer service really isn't great, but it seems like they're doing a lot better than last year. After reading the reviews, I emailed them after numerous calls asking why my tracking status was stuck on "label created, awaiting item" for 4 days. They responded the next day and said that USPS picked up my glasses, but didn't scan it, so the tracking status would update as soon as it got to my nearest post office. I was a bit frustrated after hearing this response, but after doing some research, this is something USPS often does, especially with free shipping. They don't prioritize tracking the packages, which is understandable - they have a million of them to get through.
As far as quality goes, I ordered Tory Burch glasses and compared the case to my previously purchased glasses from lenscrafters. It is missing the inner silk sleeve that their glasses come from, and the stitching isn't as good so I honestly don't know if they're real, but the glasses in particular look great. I loved them at my eye doctors clinic but they were like $200 and I got these for about $70 so it's a win in my opinion.
In my opinion, this site is not a scam. They tell you the different statuses of your order and what they mean from the get go, as well as send you a confirmation email and let you know it'll take 7-10 days to process (with free shipping). Hopefully they've turned their company around after reading such heinous reviews lol

I placed an order for eyeglass frames, 5 hours later received an email that the frames were not in stock and they would check with their Italy warehouse to see when the item might become available!! 5 HOURS LATER!! No contact info for them, their customer service line is a dead line with no voice mail it advises to email instead... Complete scam! I still have no frames or the $125 paid....

Ordered a pair of $200 glasses from them. It has been exactly 2 weeks and I have not recieved the glasses nor did I even get a receipt in my email from them. I tried calling and my call goes straight to "inbox is full" every single time. Called my bank to get this order voided this is ridiculous. Please Save Yourself the headache buy somewhere else!

Do not order eyeglasses from this company. I placed an order three weeks ago for a $200 pair of glasses with prescription lenses. On their website my order status is still listed as “processing“. When you call their 800 customer service number there is a message saying the mailbox is full. I think it is a scam.
UPDATE: 10 days after my initial review, one month after my initial order, still no glasses. I will update this post if/when my glasses actually arrive.
