I don’t think at any time was I informed that the top and the bottom of the case DO NOT secure fasten together.
I was extremely pleased with everything from the customer service on my initial call to the quality and uniqueness of my two display cases. They were delivered timely and without a scratch. Absolutely love the turf base on my football case. Already deciding on my next purchase.

I have been looking for a display case that would suit a 1:200 scale diecast model of a Boeing 777-300ER that I took as one of my more memorable flights in my childhood and have been searching for such a case for awhile now. I stumbled across Better Display Cases on a simple search and when I ordered, I was not disappointed at all! Completely blown away actually, the case arrived very quickly, it was extremely well packaged, and the case itself was absolutely perfect and gorgeous! If ever I need another place to buy a display case from, it will definitely be from this company!

Wonderfully made. I was able to get a sports memorabilia case to place a basketball ball belonging to my youngest brother who we lost tragically to inner city violence. That said, this small token of remembrance was given to my son to cherish and the case that was made by your company allowed for me to place his cherished basketball on display for us to treasure and remember him by. To God be the Glory.

I ordered 2 of these display cases at 2 separate times. The first one came in excellent condition. The second one wasn't in the same excellent condition. 3 of the 4 gold nuts that attach the display case to the base were laying in the bottom of the box, not attached and the 4th one looked like it was over tightened which resulted in a small crack in the plastic of the base. However, the crack is barely visible, so I can deal with that. Overall, pleased with the product.
