When first wondering how the ordering takes place I called to ask about the process. I didn't get the feedback I needed to report back to my manager . When I emailed to place an order I had to email again a week later because I never received a response (he says he got the email, but never looked at it and responded with a wrong estimate) meanwhile we are in a rush to get the order in. It took him 1 week for every response to my emails and even after telling him my deadline (which he said will meet) I still received my order 2 weeks late. I sent about 2-3 emails to confirm the order had been shipped after I was finally able to confirm the correct estimate and nothing... I received what I wanted in the end, but it was a pain to be sure I would have the correct order in time.
