I like John a lot. This year was our third time ordering from him. The quality and price of the paddles are very good. In fact we used one set for 5 years, they last that long.
This year I was a little concerned that they were shipped the week before the event even though I had ordered 5 weeks prior. But he eliminated the cost of 2 day shipping and they got here on time so it worked out.

Our Lupus Auction looked so much more professional this year. The bidding paddles were a huge hit!! Very pleased with the quality and we will be able to use these for many years, even though we purchased the less expensive ones.
Working with John over the phone was delightful. A very genuine person and enjoyed talking with him. He explained everything very well.

It took over two weeks and at least 5 different messages (both voicemail and email) to receive a reply. Once that reply was received, the order was placed and payment was requested immediately. Payment was made but there was some issue on your end that delayed to order once again, some form of miscommunication in your house. The order I placed was received 5 days past the requested delivery date, the day before the event they were needed.

Excellent company to work with - paddles are durable and good quality. Our logo includes a butterfly and the paddles are in the shape of a butterfly. We have ordered from Better Bidders twice now and have been pleased both times. Many of the numbered paddles we ordered the first time were lost and they were able to remake the numbers we needed by simply sending an excel file. Last minute order was sent to us in time for our event. Couldn't be happier.
