Great unit at great price, my only criticism is that there is no tracking on their pallet shipments, it was quite frustrating.

It took quite a bit longer than expected for the item to come back into stock but I did get updates keeping me informed. Worth the wait though as the price couldn't be beaten.

Easy. Straightforward. Would've bought more if you were cheaper - but bought everything else from Victorian Plumbing for 20-30% less, even having to pay an extra carriage charge. Hey Ho - always need to shop around people!

I ordered my bathroom form better bathroom, came sooner than expected, and once it arrived I relised it was missing a part, I called and the missing part was delivered the next day... Then a week later once my new bathroom was near completion I release the shower screen was not the one I ordered, once again no problem for them and they sent me a new shower screen... I would use this company again and recommend to family and friends!!!

I have just tried them for the first time moving away from my unhelpful local supplier. Good arrived damaged but when I finally got through to customer services(18mins) they were very apologetic and goods were replaced next day. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have now had several dealings with Better Bathrooms and would compliment them in both showrooms and delivery service.
If I had a negative comment it is that because our driveway is on a slope the pallet truck (even with two of us pushing) could not get the tiles up into the garage.
This was not too much of a problem as I broke the package into boxes and took them in by hand, however older people or those with a long or difficult driveways (think shingle) may have more difficulties.

The showroom was brilliant and the staff member really helpful and did jot pressure us. Only problem was after 5 days we still had not heard when the items would be delivered. When we called it was because a few items were out if stock at the time of ordering (we did not know this) luckily everything was now in stock and will be delivered in 2 days. The delivery men were great but one item was missing. When I called to enquire about this (delivery man had called prior to me) they did not know why as it was in stock bee had to wait another 2 days as the delivery schedule had been sorted already for next day. That said the product is very good quality maybe we had just been unlucky with the delivery

The man I spoke to on the phone was very helpfull as I have never ordered a new bathroom suite before and he helped me with my choice. I needed the bathroom suite this month and he assured me he would deliver by the 17th of this month, and on that date it did arrive. The only thing that let it down was the firm they use for there deliveries, he dropped a pallet at my gate asked me to sign and walked off, on looking inside I saw a leaflet telling me they are to wait 20 mins for me to check my order and not to sign until then, I was now left with my bathroom suite on the pavement and no way of moving it.

I was a little unhappy with the customer service, the order crashed when I was at the pay point. I rang and spoke to 2 indiviuals, first person asked me to ring back in the morning when the I.T. team were in, the other could not track my order and asked me to re-submit it on line, I thought they may have offered to reprocess the order for me. Once I had replaced the order, the goods were delivered very quickly and I am happy with the product.
