Made an order with Better Bathrooms which was meant to arrive 11/11/20, then got an email to say it was changed to 2/12/20. This is far too late for us as already have a tiler lined up (which we had to wait a long time for in the first place). Trying to cancel but this company is impossible to get hold of. Multiple expensive phone lines which are not answered but direct you back to the website to send an 'e-message', which does not work (link broken) or change the order status yourself (link broken) or use live chat (offline) or send an email (link broken). Facebook chat is also offline. They say they will provide a free phone number in your email order confirmation, which was not provided. The section on their customer FAQs about cancelling an order has been removed. Atrocious customer service.

I have ordered a bath and shower enclosure from them. Bath was delivered without leg set. The customer service is very crap , i don't even want to give them 1 star. The waiting times are no less than 1 hour and 30 minutes. After all that wait each time i call. They said they will be sending it by post next day delivery. Waited for 5 days . nothing came. went to the store where i ordered the stuff from . They said the item was not in stock and and assigned to the order. They said they will follow it up and update me in 24 hrs. Nothing happened.
Other hand , shower tray measurements were incorrect i was supposed to get 1000 X 1000 , the one got delivered was out my 1 cm because of which i need to replace tiles.
They said no refunds !!! exchanges ,god knows how to deal with these people.
I strongly suggest to avoid this crap shop.

Fitting out a bathroom for a client who had supplied there own suite and tiles, they were away on holiday and needed 2 extra boxes of tiles. Ordered them on the Thursday and was told they would be delivered on the Friday to pick up in store. Find out on the Friday that delivery would not be til Tuesday/Wednesday. Go to pick them up to find they have sent out wrong tiles so need to wait until next Tuesday/ Wednesday again for new delivery. This is the sort of occurrence that stops me recommending online suppliers of bathrooms and tiles. No complaints about staff in store, not their mistake. Poor customer service

My Mam had a terrible experience with this company waited over 6 weeks for delivery, which was cancelled 3 times and when it eventually Came an item was missing. This was not realised till 3 days after when the plumber arrived. They would not send a replacement item as they said it had to be reported within 48hrs, customer service is the worst we have ever experienced. So now my mam has to pay £50 for the missing part whilst the company does nothing about it! Do not buy off these!

I placed my order in January 2015, for some £900 worth of bathroom furniture. the initial sales was very good and helpful however the first delivery although was quite quick I found items damaged and all of the furniture was filthy and marked to cut a long story short I had many replacements one door was sent 3 times as I kept getting damaged products the company repeatedly blamed the courier but I even sent the tecniical manager a photo of a packaged before it was opened as you could see it was packed so badly. the overall bathroom cost me a lot of money as I had to wait ages for replacements on average once agreed a replacement would be sent it would take between four and five days before I received it although I did get endless emails to say it was being processed etc., my wife is convinced that the stock we were being sent was from the rejects, I just dont know, but I can say that my opinions here are honest and would really prefer to write a good review.

Ordered a suite & tiles instore thinking it would be easier with no errors. How wrong I could be. First the assistant ordered the wrong tiles, then delivery was expected to be between 3-5 working days but took 9 working days. Then as work started on tiling it became evident only half the amount of wall tiles had been ordered by the sales assistant (correct measurements had been given) along with a shortage of adhesive and grout. Getting through to customer services proved tricky as all phone lines are busy, when eventually getting through to them they didn't want to know. What started as a competitive quote which won the sale ended up costing a third more, knowing this I doubt I would have made this purchase!

The products are actually great, getting them delivered in one piece....well I'm seven weeks in and I still don't have a bathroom!
• Initial Delivery was meant to appear on the Thursday - turned up on the following Tuesday. I had rearranged my clients, this cost me 12 bookable hours.
• Had booked someone to install the bathroom on the weekend - He had to be cancelled.
• When I rang they said the delivery had been damaged in transit and had been returned to the warehouse!
• First delivery looked pretty shabby, broken packaging and feet marks.
• Last piece off was a shower unit, only packaged in cardboard (no bubble wrap or foam)…ripped, could tell it was broken before it was off the lorry.
• I tried to call and got no answer
• I live chatted and they said to email - I emailed pictures and still didn’t have a response 24 hours later
• I live chatted again and they confirmed they would send a new shower unit for Friday. I had a something unchangeable on the Friday - they suggested if I wasn’t in the delivery driver would leave it at the post office. It is a 6ft glass shower cabin that wouldn't fit in the car -- the nearest PO is two miles away…I would have had to carry it!
• Eventually agreed to the Monday - I cancelled the client meetings that I had!
• Customer services emailed me to say “I have arranged for a replacement fixed side screen to be sent out to you free of charge as a gesture of goodwill” and “We do not require the damaged item back so you may dispose of this at your own convenience” - At this point I had NO good will left, why should it be a gesture of goodwill when it arrived damaged!!! Also it is a 6ft shower frame, I live two miles from a tip….was I meant to carry it there myself while strapping three children in slings as it wouldn't fit it the car.
• Nothing turned up on the Monday after I had cancelled my meetings and lost bookable hours!!!!
• New shower unit FINALLY turned up later in the week, it had a piece of bubble wrap with it this time. BUT……..yes you guessed it…BROKEN
• I spent THREE hours trying to get through on live chat to get another ordered - I now had two broken shower cabins sat in my drive way and still nowhere near a new bathroom.
• Delivery man turned up the following day, but had only been ordered to collect one of the showers! …
• Persuaded delivery man to take both rather than coming back the next day for the other and wasting MORE of my time.
• A few days later shower FINALLY turned up unbroken.
• I thought that was finally the end…
• I got an email saying my order was out for delivery…I emailed back to ask what it was (I had thought I’d received everything). My email was ignored.
• I tried Live chat, couldn't connect
• I tweeted
• Nothing
• Friday - got an email to say my order would be there between 8 - 6. AGAIN I emailed back, this time I got a response to my “what is this” email, My order they said, out for delivery. I haven’t ordered anything I emailed back….haven’t heard from them since!!!
• Delivery man turned up…I refused the delivery, delivery man goes back again…yet more wasted time, energy and increase in your carbon foot print.
• Sent an email to Pauline @ customer care - IGNORED !!!!.
• I honestly thought that it was over, old bathroom ripped out and then we realized there were no instructions to put the shower unit together.
• Live chatted - got instructions to download and print.
• There are no parts list we realised that there were wall brackets missing. Live chatted, explained which part was missing, explaining the page and step on the instructions that showed the wall brackets which were missing. Also explained I didn't have a bathroom until we had these parts as we couldn't finish the bathroom
• Then found more parts were missing, strips for the shower door. Live chatted and they have now been ordered.
• Wall bracket delivery arrived...wasn't wall brackets but the shower clips.
• Live chatted - explained wrong part was sent, 35 mins of my time wasted as they kept trying to tell me it wasn't the wrong part, explained the step and the page number ("It's the one in the circle). New part ordered.
• Next day wall bracket delivery arrived - you got it...they sent the wrong part again!
• Live chatted, managed to get through to a technical person...he understood immediately which part I required and was helpful....hope fully I will get the wall brackets that I need to put my bathroom back together.
• Still awaiting my other missing parts
Due to Better Bathroom’s I have lost time and money, I first placed my order in early August - I’ve had to cancel the guy that was going to fit my bathroom AND I’ve had to cancel my bookable hours with my clients…loosing me money and reputation…all because your firm can not pack a shower unit.
Please Please an you PACK your shower units correctly? As a firm you are looking at increasing your profit margins, for the saving on the cost of an extra piece of foam you cost yourself two additional shower cabins and four journeys and lost one customer and any recommendations I would have provided!
Once you have received your customer’s money there seems to be a total black out and it is really hard to get in touch with your service team or get any action out of them. Such a shame for a company that basically has a decent product.
I have THREE kids (two are under two)...I haven't had a bathroom for over a week. ! !!!!!!!!!

Your website and prices are very enticing, we placed an order immediately and were told 3-5 days for delivery, 7 days later and 6 days after it arrived at the delivery depot and we have heard nothing!
