Worst experience, I have been chasing them since 3 weeks to return mattress. They are Creating DPD collection ticket and no one is coming for pickup, I have sent more than 20 emails so far, they are asking me to handover mattress at DHL packet shop, imagine 200x200 mattress return at packet shop. Thier 100 days return policy is a big joke, my sincere request if you don't have any return plan then buy the mattress or else stay away from them. Return process s***.
I am still chasing them to return the product 😒😒
