appena il mio saldo è salito sopra le 4 cifre, (ultima grande vincita l'ultima settimana....) ho richiesto un bonifico, prima mi hanno limitato il conto a 3 euro, poi chiuso il conto senza mandare un email e risposto dopo giorni dicendo che il conto era stato chiuso e azzerato senza motivazioni.

Every thing is ok untill i requested my withdrawal about 4161 eur , they closed my account and did not pay out .this is what they finally respond: "We are contacting you in regards to your query.

Upon checking the matter, we would like to advise, that your account has been closed as per point 15.2 (k) of our Terms and Conditions, which states the following:

k. If you have failed our Enhanced Due Diligence, or are found to be colluding, cheating, money laundering or undertaking any kind of fraudulent activity;

They know how to take away your money and not give it back.

I am (was) the user of this company (the latest website name is Vipwinz.com , which is maybe the 5th change after the past 8 months).

Since I joined their company, I think they have revised the domain name for at least 3 times. and since mid June 2019, they totally changed from betrally to vipwinz . Now i wonder it’s because of the bad review against betrally .

Basically I was quite satisfied with their service, except that I always feel insecure that they keep changing the website address. as a user of Italy, it’s also important to use mainly website with .it . But after joining the website for a while, this was no longer the case.

But anyway, I continued to make deposit, because their deposit bonus is quite attractive. from the beginning with around 30% of bonus (i started with 500 euro, then i almost made 1000 euro every time for a few months), but this was really only for one or two times. then to 25%, then to 20%, then until last week it’s 10%. Which i accepted, because I think I had some winnings in the recent days, so they need to re-calculate the “profit margin”. i could not always be so lucky in all games. so i thought maybe some day later, the bonus % would be revised again.

my acceptance is also because after the change of website to vipwinz, they introduced two new bonuses on the website for all clients. they could be useful in this period as a form of “compensation” to the lower deposit bonus %.

1) loyalty bonus of 100 euro, if the client has betting activity for 7 days (counting from monday to sunday), 150 euro every day minimum, quota 1.5 minimum. say if you are betting 3 days, you get 10 euro, 4 days 25 euro etc etc.

2) deposit bonus of 30%, maximum 100 euro. also on weekly basis.

So aside from the deposit bonus i normally requested from the Live Chat staff or sales team, specifically granted to my account (which was as low as 10% in the last deposit), I try to gain the new advantage of item 1), that i bet every day, so after one week, i still gain 100 bonus extra. It was fine in the first week (1-7 July), i bet 4 days that week, so on the following monday, i got 25 euro bonus. Then i continued from 8-14 July. However, on the following monday, i did not get any bonus. I made an enquiry through live chat on tuesday (16 July), and noticed that they have made a “business decision” to stop all my bonuses. I made an email enquiry to get an official reply (because they stop sending chat history to registered email after the conversation, which is also a new measure making me very insecure), and they quote the terms and conditions for my reference. In this way, the two promotional items for “all clients” are also not available for me anymore.

Needless to say, I am not very happy with that, because i could tell the reason, I have been checking the past betting record, and the winning has surpassed the betting amount. So with a winning account, they start to make restriction. Once again, I accepted the arrangement, but i cannot agree that they “suddenly” cease the bonus, that i have already made qualifying bets since 8-14 July. If i was notified about the matter sooner, which is this “business decision”, i would not participate in this promotion anymore and bet 7 days the last week!

(here i quote what some companies would do by email - one example is like this “Following a review of your player account, we have determined that you will no longer be eligible to participate in or benefit from Promotional Offers from the date you receive this email. This is in line with the terms and conditions applicable to each promotional offer.

**********———-> This will not affect your entitlements arising from any current Promotional Offers that you have taken part in, prior to the date you receive this email.”)

Or another way is they could simply remove the “promotion” from the account page. You do not see it, it means it is not available in the account (which most companies definitely work in this way with offer on account basis). which they have done this for item 2), the subscription button for joining the weekly deposit offer has been disabled now - making things very clear, no trickiness at all.

However, if the promotion is clearly shown in my account page, and i followed the requirement, i did not receive any notification (considering it’s me writing to them to make an enquiry and then they told me this “shocking news”), but then you don’t credit the bonus, i am only talking about the 8-14 July week, that i am entitled to the 100 bonus (read the above email example how a company would impose this measure in a reasonable manner), this is cheating and tricking clients to bet but not giving back the reward. For what i read online, this is also against the gaming law and regulation because the clients have followed the published rules believing they could get the reward. For this I am still making the appeal. And since i know this situation from tuesday, i also stop making regular daily bet. Like the live chat staff told me (like she’s teasing me when i was trying to clarify the situation), “continue to bet or not it’s your decision”. yes sure, it’s my own decision, so i stop. But then for what’s been done, fulfilled, they could not deny my rightful access to the bonus already “earned”.

On the other hand, since I have been having these recent winnings, i realised the processing time of withdrawal is getting slower and slower. the suggested processing time is 3-5 working days, but for the current request of this week that i put up on monday (around 3700 euro), today is the 5th working day, i could still see it’s pending in my account without being process. it was related to the previous deposit and roll-over that i completed. while this week, i completed another roll-over related to my last deposit, and there is also some money to be withdrawn (around 900 euro). in the normal circumstance (when withdrawal is handled efficiently), i would cancel the first request, then include both amount in one withdrawal request. however, i did not do in this way, because i am worried they would re-start the 3-5 working day clock, and turn out even the first request would be pending for another 5 days (total 10 days). considering the amount is bigger, i do not want to take this risk.

I provide so much information above, hopefully this could bring to their awareness about the matter. I am not asking for extra bonus for the future, i am only asking for what’s been “worked for” before notification of the restriction. I might have made some winnings, but this doesn’t make me deserve this drama and postponement of withdrawal always.

I wrote this review also on the page of Vipwinz.com , and the update is my account has been closed after loading the complaint.

Betrally.com is a scam, Please don’t make any deposits to this site... they have stolen my winnings and not responding to the emails, phones and are disconnecting the chat support, anyhow I’ve reported to cybercrime police to ban this site.. they are tracking down the BRonline transaction details to the off shore banks. and also I have reported to 6 Nationalised banks to block the BRonline transactions with customers and they are in process... its a scam... stay away...

Frauds... only one word for them.
Opened n deposited from my card today and today itself found a fraud transaction on my account. They are stealing and misusing our card information as they know we can't complain because betting is illegal in India.

I have placed a bet on on football sports betting and I won the bet but they settled it as lost.When I tried to connect withcuatomer service via chat option it shows all the operators are busy and it is happening since 3 days.I wrote couple of mails since last 3 days and guess what no replies.Betrally is a fraud company and don't go with it guy's.

3rd april i requested withdrawal and today 9th april they did not transferred a single penny why this is happening betrally answer...we do imps and it debits in seconds but why not the same case on withdrawel ??

This is five days after writing to there customer care yet no response i am going to upload the videos that i took as evidence on social media so that people dont fall for this scam!!!!!

Betrally is a great fraud. My girlfreind has on March 21, withdrawed 8548.92 kr from Betrally and about 4 days later there was 1156.55kr in the bankaccount. It was a little odd as it was not the amount that was withdrawed. We have contacted their support several times, each time we get a standard answer that the money can be up to 72 hours along the way. We have been in dialogue with the bank and we have sent an account statement to Betrally showing the amount that has gone in, also we ask them at the bank's request to send documentation of the amount they have sent, but they still write the same answer to us. My patience has now gradually run out and will therefore hear if anyone in here has tried the same and what they did about the problem.
