i registered on this betting website on 6 November 2018. Their welcome gift for new users is a bonus according to the amount of deposit. I transferred the maximum amount allowed for this promotion, 999 euro. The bonus of the first stage (10%) is 99.9 euro. The requirement to receive this bonus is to make enough bets, same as the total of the deposit amount. So i started to use their service to bet. After that, i received the bonus 99,9 euro in my account on 7 november, but then immediately it was removed. Then i asked them why this happened. I wrote them a few emails to confirm what i should do to get this bonus reinstated. They told me i have to make bets in the normal sports section instead (before i used bet exchange). So i started to make the bets according to their advice, at the amount of 999 euro. But then i still did not get this bonus of 99.9 euro back to my account. When i asked again, they said i already used my account to bet on bet exchange, so i could not get the bonus anymore. But if my account is not qualified for this anymore, why their customer service did not check carefully before answering me? I followed their advice and instruction to bet one more time 999 euro!!! it is a ridiculous negligence of their customer service. My appeal is, in the rules they showed me, it only says make bets excluding some service, but it did not say, after using these services, and then bet again the required amount, i am not allowed to have bonus. basically i did what is required, i bet 999 euro on normal sports events also (basically i bet 999 euro two times, one time on bet exchange, one time on normal bets) and consider their customer service officers kept giving me misleading information, without checking my account. it is like a scam! i gave them an email after complaining to the European Commission yesterday, they still did not reply. so now i post this on a public platform, at least people will be careful when considering registering their service!!
