I was playing twister on the poker software and i managed in two days and 2 nights to create a bankroll from 20 euros to 800. The third day when i started playing i was losing every single one twister in the most ridiculous, unrealistic,rigged way possible. Out of nowhere suddenly the low stacker on the table managed to make the greatest comeback of his life in the most innacurate way. Its like when you are about to finish the player holding the strongest hand, he hits the board he wished. It's like at some point you are just constantly make you lose. In the end, I lost every single twister and the 800 euros profit I made.

Verified is about 4/5 hrs. I have made many deposits and withdrawals with no problems at all. A very trusted bookmakers in my eyes.

Well, probably the worst casino in the 21. Century. You have no chance for a win. Losing over 10k in only 3 hours is just a shame.
Shame on eu and us authorities who allows such criminal casinos to be accessed. They should be blocked as many people are getting scammed.

We are experiencing terrible times with the corona virus having such a terrible affect all around the world. I tried to access my money which is much needed when peoples wages are being reduced, bet-at-home refused my withdrawal. They seem to have no compassion. I would think twice about opening account with such a company.

I have played with them for a bit and wanted to verify myself. After sending them all the documents and what they asked for, they closed my account without any real reason and kept my 400€ Deposit and all my winnings so far, which totalled 842 with a 200€ bonus still active. STAY AWAY!

As soon as you win anything in casino get out. It's rigged af. 5 blackjacks in row, c'mon now. Similar story with roulette, 12 black in row. When it's time to pay out never had any problems I'll give them that but the casino is rigged and not random at all

Clearly a Scam. I have registered with them, uploaded all the requested documents to validate the account and then when it came to withdrawal they always found excuses to reject documents. I sent them 2 IDs Documents, 2 utility bills, 2 selfie in HQ and when they were out of options they sent me “we found irregularities in your documents so according our T&Cs your account has been closed we wish you the best”. So basically it’s a scandal that will Nevers pay you and steal your funds. I can’t believe EU is allowing such scam companies to operate. This will go to court. MOVE AWAY from them

Very difficult to verify your account, I sent a picture of my passport which was showing all corners and you could read the details fine. Had an email back saying it was crap and then details of how to take a better picture - we recommend using a digital camera or phone etc. like I am some sort of moron. Oh, and by the way they also then needed my bank card front and back. No mention of this when I signed up only about a passport. Absolutely horrible customer service, very abrupt impatient responses when you speak to them on live chat and large 'facts' typed very quickly as if they are just copying and pasting them. There are loads better sites than these out there and using Bet-at home just isn't worth the hassle - give them a big thumbs down and 0 score if I could.

They will not pay you and use every trick in the book to avoid paying you. New documents neded, old documents expired, invalid wagering or I did not meet there requirements or the games I played no longer count towards bonus or original deposit. These are just a ffew of the excuses i have had in the last 2 weeks. CS is rude and are in on the scam. Bet on aliens landing instead for a better return.

They did scam me for 3000eur - the deposits I made and even more in winnings they refused to verify my ID's - I sent more than just one, they still have some problem they do not share with me. I will forward this case to court, as in EU it is easy to win over such scam site, I am not worried to fight them. of course, you should not bet with bet-at-home, unless you are lawyer.
